말더듬 학생의 언어행동에 미치는 미술치료 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

일반적으로 말더듬은 같은 딸을 란복하거나 말을 갈게 연장시켜서 의사소통에 지장을 주는 경우를 말하는데， 여러 언어치료의 양상 가운데 가장 흥미있는 것이 라고 할 수 있다 언어쳐료 역사 중에서도 가장 오랜 역사를 가지고 말더듬어1 관 한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 아직까지 말더듬의 정확한 윈인을 밝힌 연구는 없마. 말더듬의 원인에 관한 많은 이론들이 발표되었고 그 이론의 명칭도 가지각 색여다- 말더듬의 치료는 말더듬의 본성에 대한 이론들과 말더듬을 보는 관점과 진행과 정에 따라 그 접근방법을 탈리하고 있다. 유창성 촉진훈련과 가기에 의한 훈련 등 언어에 직접 작용하는 방법과 심리치료플 중심으로 한 언어증상을 억저l 하는 간접 적연 방법 등 크게 두가지로 나눌 수 있는데(福피 등， 1986), 전통적연 심리치료법， 행동수정법， 취소를 이용하는 법， 언어의 복잡성을 점전적으로 증가시카연서 질문 하는 치료법， 창의성과 반복의 관점에서 점진적으로 장의성올 증가 시켜연서 질문 하는 질문법 등의 수많은 방법들이 연구되어 실제 입상에 적용되어 왔다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is examining the dffects by administering the art therapy program to the stuttering middle school student. As ther result of an anaIysis and evaIuation of ther student’s ststus. not only a short-tempered and a fast speaker but also has an anxiety-fear in communicating with others and has difficulty in speaking with family from stuttering Therefore, it is thought that ther art therapy is v eJγ suitable because of en abling frustration to give out. This study proceded to program composed with collage, plastic activity, scribble, making a copy of a painting, etc. The reasult of this study, the subject who has been suffered with the stuttering behavior demonstrates the considerable improvements in communication behaviors. That is, even though the anxiety of expressing publicly in school of caIling up and the stuttering itself are not completely eliminated, he is able to express his own ideas in home. to overcome the anxiety in being asked to read the book and 10 pray as a representative in church. Consequently, it is found that the art therapy program is effective in this subject.
