국문 초록

본 연구는 불안정 애착유형을 가진 예비영유아교사들을 대상으로 어린 시절 애착형성 과정에서 겪은 초기기억에 대해 알아보고, 이로 인한 그들의 성격 및 대인관계의 특성과 교직을 기피하는 이유에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교육관련 학과에 재학중인 대학생들을 대상으로 면담에 동의한 12명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정 애착유형을 가진 예비영유아교사의 초기기억은 버려짐과 학대당한 기억, 사고로 인해 상처를 입은 기억, 사고로 죽을 뻔하거나 죽음을 목격한 기억, 부모님의 부부싸움 등 대부분 부정적인 것들이었다. 둘째, 불안정 애착유형인 거부형, 몰두형, 두려움형에 따른 예비영유아교사의 성격 및 대인관계의 특성은 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 불안정 애착유형 예비영유아교사가 교직을 기피하는 이유는 인성적 자질부족, 기술적 자질부족, 불안한 직업환경으로 분류되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 인적자원개발을 위해 예비영유아교사의 애착유형을 확인하여 그에따른 성격과 대인관계의 특성과 교직을 기피하게 된 이유를 살펴봄으로써 이들을 위한 교육의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the early recollections of pre-service early childhood teachers with unstable attachment types and to investigate the characteristics of their attachment and interpersonal relationship and the reason for avoiding teaching. For this study, depth interviews with 12 students who agreed to the interview with college students attending early childhood education related departments. The results of this study are as follows. First, early memories of pre-service early childhood teacher’s with unstable attachment types were mostly negative things such as abandoned and abused memories, injured memories, accidental deaths or witnessing deaths, and parents couples fighting. Second, there were differences in the characteristics of interpersonal relationship and the nature of pre-service early childhood teachers according to unstable attachment type(dismissing type, preoccupied type, and fearful type). Third, unstable attachment type pre-service early childhood teachers were classified as lack of personality qualities, lack of technical qualities, and uneasy occupation. The results of this study suggest the necessity of education for identifying the types of attachment of pre-service early childhood teachers and characterizing their personality and interpersonal relationship.
