국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 성인발달장애인의 문화•여가활동이 긍정적 대인관계를 매개로 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 장애로 인한 차별경험의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 분석대상은 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 1차 조사(2016년) 자료 의 만 19세 이상 성인발달장애인 336명이다. 주요 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 성인발달장애인 2명 중 1명(49.7%)은 지난 1년 동안 가정 밖에서의 문화•여가활동 경험을 전혀 하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인발달장애인의 긍정적 대인관계는 문화 ․ 여가활동이 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 부분적으로 매개하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인발달장애인의 차별경험은 문화•여가활동이 긍정적 대인관계를 매개로 하여 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 조절된 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 성인발달장애인들의 문화 ․ 여가활동 프로그램 확대, 비장애인을 대상으로 하는 장애인식 개선교육 강화, 발달장애인 당사자를 위한 교육의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the moderated mediating effect of discrimination by disability in the daily life among positive interpersonal relationship and daily life satisfaction of adults with developmental disabilities. The targets used in this analysis are the total of 336 adults with developmental disabilities whose age is older than 19 within Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled, 2nd wave analysis of 1st year(2016). The results of study are as below. First, according to the analysis of cultural activities and leisure activities, it revealed that one in two adults with developmental disabilities(49.7%) has not experienced any cultural and leisure activities outside of the home during the past year. Second, positive interpersonal relationships among adults with developmental disabilities have partially affected the impact of cultural and leisure activities on daily life satisfaction. Third, the discriminatory experience showed moderated mediating effects on the impact of cultural and leisure activities on daily life satisfaction by using interpersonal relationship as a medium. Based on the results of this study, the study suggest the necessity of increasing programs for cultural and leisure activities for people with developmental disabilities, strengthening education for improving the perception of disabilities for the non-disabled people, and finally making educational intervention for those with developmental disabilities.
