온라인 음악교육에서 이러닝 품질이 학습성과에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 음악교육서비스의 질적 향상을 위하여 온라인 기반 음악교육 서비스의 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 요인과 요인 간의 인과적 관계를 규명하는 것으로, 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 통하여 온라인 교육서비스의 이러닝 품질(시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질)을 학습성과(학습만족도, 학습지속의도)의 영향 요인으로 제시하고 이를 실증 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 온라인 음악교육에서 이러닝 품질로서 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질은 학습만족도에 정정인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 그리고 학습만족도는 학습지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따른 시사점으로 온라인 음악교육 환경에서 학습자가 만족하고 지속적으로 학습할 수 있도록 우수한 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고 고객 서비스의 수준을 제고하도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the learning achievement in online music education and the casual relationship between these factors to improve the quality of music education service. To achieve the purpose of this study, the author in this study suggested the quality of e-learning in online education services (the quality of system, information and service) as the factors affecting learning achievement (learning satisfaction, Intention to Continue Learning) through literary review and verified these factors through an empirical review. The results showed that the quality of e-learning in online education service (the quality of system, information and service) has a positive impact on learning satisfaction. In addition, learning satisfaction has a positive impact on Intention to Continue Learning. The results of this study imply that to help online music education learners to continue their learning satisfactorily, it is required to develop superior education contents and enhance the quality of customer service.
