국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 <4·3평화기념관>과 <4·3어린이 체험관>을 중심으로 역사 교육을 통한 포용적 기억 문화를 형성하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 전시 구성 분석의 틀을 마련하여 <4·3평화기념관>과 <4·3어린이체험관>의 전시 구성을 분석하고 대안을 마련하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기념관은 4·3사건을 다양한 계층의 이야기를 담은 다원적인 시각에서 다루어야 한다. 둘째, 기념관은 항쟁, 수난사 담론 등 다양한 담론을 다뤄 이야기할 수 있는 공간이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 기념관은 모든 이들의 접근 가능성을 지니며 방문자 참여에 근거한 포용성을 갖추어야 한다. 이상의 연구 내용으로 볼 때 기념관은 다원적 시각 반영을 통한 포용적 기억문화 형성과 방문자 참여에서의 포용성을 갖추어야 한다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to form an inclusive memory culture through history education centered on the April 3 Peace Memorial and the April 3 Children's Experience Center. To this end, the framework of exhibition composition analysis was used to analyze the exhibition composition of the 4·3 Peace Memorial and the 4·3 Children's Experience Center, and the following findings were made. First, the memorial should address the April 3 incident from a multidisciplinary perspective that includes stories from various walks of life. Second, the memorial should be a space where people can talk about various discourses, such as the uprising and passion discourse. Third, memorials should be accessible to all and inclusive based on visitor participation. Based on the above research, it can be concluded that memorials should form an inclusive memory culture through the reflection of pluralistic perspectives and be inclusive in visitor participation.
