국문 초록
The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has profoundly transformed multiple areas of society, presenting both groundbreaking advancements and substantial societal issues. Challenges such as employment displacement and digital literacy necessitate interdisciplinary solutions. The ambiguity in personal cybersecurity protection exploits human insecurity, posing serious threats to privacy and fundamental human rights. Therefore, these intricate challenges underline the significance of transnational sustainable solutions that protect individual dignity as well as social welfare. This paper aims to address these challenges by proposing the establishment of a global governance framework that manages the capabilities of AI with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standard that must be reinforced in local private sectors. Furthermore, this study will propose educational reforms to foster responsible AI usage by providing individuals with the necessary knowledge to navigate AI responsibly. Through advanced regulatory measures in such domains, this paper aims to cultivate an equitable relationship between AI systems and human rights, ensuring that AI augments human capabilities rather than diminishing individual potential and personal autonomy.
