국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자연치유요법 이용의도를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 341명으로 온라인 설문을 통해 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성과 자연치유요법 이용의도, 선호하는 자연치유요법, 자연치유요법 이용조건, 자연치유요법 선택속성을 분석한 결과 자연치유 경험이 있는 사람과 그렇지 않은 사람, 자연치유센터 근무를 희망하는 사람과 그렇지 않은 사람, 자연치유 운영을 희망하는 사람과 그렇지 않은 사람 간에 모두 차이가 있었다(p>.00). 또한 자연치유요법 이용의도는 선호하는 자연치유요법, 자연치유요법 이용조건, 자연치유요법 선택속성과 상관관계가 있었다(p>.00). 결론적으로 간호대학생들이 자연치유요법 이용의도를 정확하게 이해하여 자연치유요법을 활용하는 대상자들의 건강증진활동에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was a descriptive survey to determine the intention to utilize naturopathy therapies among nursing students. The participants were 341 nursing students and were surveyed through an online questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. The results showed that there were differences in general characteristics, intention to use natural healing therapies, preferred natural healing therapies, conditions for using natural healing therapies, and attributes for selecting natural healing therapies between those who had experience with natural healing and those who did not, those who wanted to work at a natural healing center and those who did not, and those who wanted to run a natural healing center and those who did not (p>.00). In addition, the intention to use naturopathic therapy was correlated with preferred naturopathic therapy, conditions for using naturopathic therapy, and attributes of choosing naturopathic therapy (p>.00). In conclusion, it is recommended that nursing students can accurately understand the intention to use naturopathic therapy to help health promotion activities for those who use naturopathic therapy.
