예비유아교사의 문제해결력과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계: 회복탄력성의 매개효과 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 문제해결력이 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미칠 때 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상은 G시와 J도 유아교육과 학생 233명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0의 Process Macro 4.2를 이용하여 기술통계와 Pearson 상관관계분석과 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 문제해결력과 진로결정자기효능감 및 회복탄력성은 서로 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 문제해결력이 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미칠 때 회복탄력성이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 예비유아교사의 문제해결력은 진로결정자기효능감 증진에 영향을 미칠 때 회복탄력성이 더해져 의미 있는 영향을 미친다고 해석할 수 있다. 이를 통해 예비유아교사의 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시켜 전문성과 역량있는 유아교사양성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of resilience when pre-service early childhood teachers' problem-solving skills affect their career decision self-efficacy. The subjects of the study were 233 early childhood education students from G City and J Province. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and mediation effect analysis were conducted using Process Macro 4.2 of SPSS 25.0. Research results: First, it was found that pre-service early childhood teachers' problem-solving ability, career decision self-efficacy, and resilience were positively correlated with each other. Second, resilience was found to partially mediate when the problem-solving ability of pre-service early childhood teachers affected their career decision self-efficacy. In other words, it can be interpreted that the problem-solving ability of pre-service early childhood teachers has a meaningful impact in addition to resilience when it affects the improvement of career decision self-efficacy. Through this, we aim to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers and provide basic data for training professional and competent early childhood teachers.
