국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 학령기 발달장애아동의 인지발달을 위한 작업수행기반 인지중재법이 학교기능 및 일상생활에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구의 설계는 단일사례연구의 AB설계이며, 중재는 작업수행기반 인지중재법을 적용하였다. 기초선 기간과 중재 기간의 매 회기에서 과제에 대한 수행의 질 변화를평가하였으며, 사전·사후 평가로 한국판 학교생활 기능평가, 캐나다 작업수행 측정, 아동용 기능적 독립성 측정을실시하였다. 매 회기 평가는 시각적 분석 및 경향선 분석을통해 제시하였으며, 사전·사후 평가는 결과에 대한 점수를 통해 중재의 효과를 연구하였다. 결과: 과제에 대한 수행의 질 변화 평가 결과, 아동 A와아동 B의 세 가지 활동 모두에서 경향선의 기울기가 기초선기간보다 중재기간에 급격하게 증가하였다. 한국판 학교생활 기능평가 결과, 아동은 A와 아동 B 모두 신체적인 과제와 인지/행동적인 과제의 점수가 증가하였다. 아동용 기능적 독립성 측정도구 결과, 아동 A와 아동 B 모두 기능적독립성 총점이 증가하였다. 캐나다 작업수행 측정 결과, 아동 A와 아동 B 모두 작업 수행에 대한 수행도와 만족도점수가 사전보다 사후에 증가하였다. 결론: 학령기 발달장애아동의 인지발달을 위한 작업수행 기반 인지중재법은 학교기능과 일상생활 능력뿐만 아니라작업수행의 질과 기능적 독립성의 임상적 변화에 긍정적인영향을 미치며, 학령기 발달장애아동에게 작업수행기반 인지중재법을 적용할 때 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the effects of the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) on school functioning and daily living of school-age children with developmental disabilities. This study employed a single-case AB design, applying the CO-OP intervention. Changes in task performance quality were evaluated during baseline and intervention periods, with assessments conducted using the School Function Assessment, Functional Independence Measure for Children, and Canadian Occupational Performance Measure as preand post-evaluation. Session evaluations were analyzed through visual and trend line analyses, and the intervention's effects were examined based on pre- and post-evaluation scores. The evaluation of changes in task performance quality revealed that the trend line slopes for all three activities of both Child A and Child B increased substantially during the intervention period compared to the baseline period. The School Function Assessment results showed increased scores in physical and cognitive/behavioral tasks for both participants. Similarly, the Functional Independence Measure for Children indicated an increase in total functional independence scores for both children. The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure results revealed increased performance and satisfaction scores for occupational performance from pre- to post-evaluation. The CO-OP intervention positively influenced clinical improvements in occupational performance quality, functional independence, school functioning, and daily living skills among school-age children with developmental disabilities. This study provides foundational data supporting the use of CO-OP to enhance school functioning and daily living in this population.
