조현병 환자에게 적용한 그룹인지재활프로그램이 인지기능과 작업적 참여에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 조현병 환자에게 적용할 수 있는 그룹인지재활프로그램을 고안하고, 인지기능 및 작업적 참여에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 사례군 연구(Case Series Study)로서 조현병 진단을 받은 참여자를 대상으로 그룹인지재활프로그램을 적용하여 실험자 1명이 주 1회, 1회기 당 1시간씩 총 7회를 적용하였다. 평가도구는 COPM, MMSE-K, ACLS, LOTCA Ⅱ(Visual Perception, Thinking Operation)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 참여자들의 중재 전후 COPM, LOTCA Ⅱ(Visual Perception, Thinking Operation)의 평가 결과 인지기능(주의집중력, 문제해결력)뿐만 아니라 작업적 참여에서 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 조현병 환자들의 인지기능과 작업적 참여의 향상으로 그룹역동에 기반한 그룹인지치료가 효과가 있었으며, 그룹 역동 기반 인지치료가 더 활성화될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to design a group cognitive rehabilitation program that can be applied to patients with schizophrenia and to verify its effects on cognitive function and occupational participation. Method : This study was a case series study, and a group cognitive rehabilitation program was applied to participants diagnosed with schizophrenia, with one experimenter applying it once a week for a total of 7 times, 1 hour per session. The evaluation items used were COPM, MMSE-K, ACLS, and LOTCA Ⅱ(Visual Perception, Thinking Operation). Results : As a result of the study, it was found that it was effective not only in the participants' cognitive function and occupational participation, but also in attention concentration and problem-solving skills. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that cognitive therapy based on group dynamics was effective in improving cognitive function and occupational participation in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
