정신건강분야에서의 ICF 관련 연구 동향

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 데이터베이스에 등록된 논문을 중심으로 정신건강 분야에서의 ICF 관련 연구 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 전자데이터베이스인 DBPia, earticle, Kiss, KOREASCHOLAR, RISS, Pubmed를 이용하여 2001년부터 2022년까지 다양한 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 선정된 62편을 대상으로 게재연도에 따른 지역별, 분야별 연구 동향과 진단명, 연구목적, ICF 구성 요소에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 결과 : 게재연도에 따른 연구 지역별 동향에서 국내는 총 10편, 국외는 총 52편의 연구가 발표되었다. 연구가 가장 활발하게 이루어진 시기는 국내·외 모두 2021년도～2022년도로 나타났고, 연구는 유럽에서 46편(74.2%)으로 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 연구가 활발하게 이루어진 분야는 국내는 사회복지, 작업치료 분야, 국외에서는 의학 및 기타 분야와 심리 분야로 나타났다. 진단명과 연구 목적에 따른 동향에서는 국내·외 모두 우울 관련 연구와, ICF를 평가 및 활용을 목적으로 사용한 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. ICF 구성 요소에서는 활동 및 참여 요소에 관한 연구가 가장 많았다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 나타난 정신건강 분야에서의 ICF 관련 연구 동향을 바탕으로 향후 국제 사회에서 통용되고 있는 ICF 구성 요소와 척도를 활용한 정신건강 작업치료 분야의 연구와 임상 적용이 활발히 이루어지길 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aimed to identify ICF-related research trends in the fields of mental health, analyzing articles registered in academic databases. Methods : Utilizing DBPia, earticle, Kiss, KOREASCHOLAR, RISS, and Pubmed, 62 papers published from 2001 to 2022 were selected and analyzed for research trends related to research regions, research field, diagnoses, research purpose and ICF components based on the year of publication. Results : A total of 10 studies in Korea and 52 studies abroad were analyzed. The most active research period was 2021～2022 both in Korea and overseas, and Europeans published the most studies with 46 papers (74.2%). The fields in which research was actively conducted were social work and occupational therapy in Korea, and medicine and other fields and psychology overseas. In terms of trends according to diagnoses and research purpose, the majority of the studies addressed depression and utilization of ICF for evaluation in both Korea and overseas. Regarding ICF components, the majority of the studies focused on activity and participation. Conclusion : Based on the ICF-related research trends in the fields of mental health, it is expected that research and clinical application in the fields of mental health occupational therapy utilizing ICF components and scales commonly used in the international community are actively carried out in the future.
