본 연구는 본 연구는 4차 산업시대에 부합하는 전공 모듈 교육과정 품질관리 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법으로는 Co-vec 모형의 이론적 기반과 기존 교육과정 품질관리 모형을 비교하고, 총 7명의 교육 전문가로 구성된 자문단의 피드백을 통해 Co-vec 모형 기반의 평가 항목을 검증하였다. 문항 타당성을 확보하기 위해 CVR(내용타당도 비율), 합의도, 수렴도 등의 지표를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, Co-vec 모형은 산업체 요구를 반영한 디지털 및 융합적 역량을 학습자가 체계적으로 습득할 수 있도록 설계된 평가 항목을 통해 학습자의 디지털 적응력과 실무 적응력을 강화하는 데 유효한 도구임을 확인하였다. 6개의 평가 단계는 산업체 요구 분석, 핵심 역량 도출, 교육 목표 설정 및 모듈 구성, 학습 활동 설계, 평가 기준 설정, 피드백 및 개선으로 구성되었으며, 각 단계는 실질적인 품질관리를 위한 30문항의 평가준거로 구체화되었다. 특히 프로젝트 기반 학습(PBL), 시뮬레이션, 증강 현실(AR) 등을 활용한 실무 중심 학습 활동을 통해 학습자가 실제 산업 환경에서 요구되는 디지털 역량을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 Co-vec 모형이 전공 모듈 교육과정 품질관리에서 유용한 모형임을 실증적으로 제시하며, 디지털 시대의 학습자 맞춤형 교육과정 설계 및 관리에 기여할 수 있는 가능성을 열었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to propose a quality management approach for major module curricula aligned with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research methodology involved comparing the theoretical foundation of the Co-vec model with existing curriculum quality management models. A panel of seven educational experts was consulted to validate the evaluation criteria based on the Co-vec model. Content validity ratios (CVR), consensus, and convergence indices were employed to ensure item validity. The findings indicate that the Co-vec model effectively enhances students' digital adaptability and practical skills through systematically designed evaluation criteria that reflect industry demands, focusing on digital and integrative competencies. The six evaluation stages include industry needs analysis, key competency identification, goal setting and module composition, learning activity design, evaluation criteria setting, and feedback and improvement. These stages are elaborated into 30 evaluation items aimed at practical quality management. Specifically, practical-oriented learning activities, such as project-based learning (PBL), simulations, and augmented reality (AR), were found to be effective in developing the digital skills required in real industry settings. This study empirically demonstrates the usefulness of the Co-vec model in quality management of major module curricula and opens possibilities for learner-centered curriculum design and management in the digital era.
