Accompanied by the continuous development and progress of modern information technology, the number of online users also continues to grow, the new media as a new era of popular acceptance and use of new media, continue to change people's way of life and social communication mode. In order to adapt to the changes of the new media era, colleges and universities have utilized the party building network, social media platforms and party building APP and other means to open up new positions for party building work. The arrival of the new media era is giving rise to changes in the field and ecology of party building work in colleges and universities, which makes the party building work in colleges and universities show a new law, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the working mode is being transformed from top-down, one-to-many mode to many-to-many mode; the working means are more diversified; and the relationship structure of the work is also changing, and the relationship between roles is more ambiguous. While the new media era brings development opportunities for the party building work in colleges and universities, it also exposes many shortcomings such as the low degree of combination between the party building work in colleges and universities and new media, the difficulty of work promotion, and the lack of solidity of the party building team in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to better play the role of new media in the party building work in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and measures to optimize the party building work in colleges and universities in the era of new media, including optimizing the party building work environment in colleges and universities, improving the quality of the party building staff, and advancing the construction of party building culture and other aspects.

영문 초록

伴随着现代信息技术的不断发展进步，线上用户的数量也在持续增长，新媒体作为新时代大众普遍接受和使用的新型媒介，持续改变着人们的生活方式与社会交流模式。为适应新媒体时代的变革，高校纷纷利用党建网、社交媒体平台及党建APP等手段开辟党建工作新阵地。新媒体时代的到来正在催生高校党建工作场域和生态的变化，使得高校党建工作呈现出了新规律，主要表现在：工作模式正从自上而下的、一对多的模式，转化为多对多的模式；工作手段更加多元化；工作的关系结构也在发生变化，角色关系更加模糊。新媒体时代为高校党建工作带来发展机遇的同时，也暴露出了高校党建工作与新媒体结合度不高、工作推进难度加大、高校党建队伍不够扎实等诸多不足。因此，为更好地发挥新媒体在高校党建工作中的作用，本文提出了一系列针对新媒体时代优化高校党建工作的对策和措施，包括优化高校党建工作环境、提升党建工作人员素质、推进党建文化建设等方面。
