국문 초록

The improvement of the political quality of Young Pioneers counselors is a major issue related to whether Chinese youth can successfully complete the “trilogy of political progress” of “joining the army, joining the league, and joining the party”, and whether the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream can be smoothly realized. It is not only a practical issue, but also a theoretical and theoretical issue, as well as a political and contemporary issue. This article aims to deeply analyze the connotation and essence of improving the political quality of Young Pioneers counselors, and comprehensively expound the systemic characteristics of the overall, developmental, and open political quality of Young Pioneers counselors from a systematic perspective. Further clarify the internal connections and interactions between the constituent elements of the political quality of Young Pioneers counselors, among which political knowledge is the foundation of political quality, political stance is the key to political quality, political responsibility is the goal of political quality, political ability is the core of political quality, and political behavior is the external manifestation of political quality.

영문 초록

少先队辅导员政治素质提升是事关中国青少年能否顺利完成“入队、入团、入党”政治进步“人生三部曲”的大事，是事关党的未来后继有人、伟大复兴中国梦能否顺利实现的大事，既是实践问题，也是理论问题、学理问题，更是政治课题、时代课题。本文旨在深入剖析少先队辅导员政治素质提升的内涵本质，从系统的视角出发，全面阐述少先队辅导员政治素质的整体性、发展性和开放性等系统性特征、进一步理清少先队辅导员政治素质构成要素之间的内在联系与相互作用，把握政治知识是政治素质的基础，政治立场是政治素质的关键，政治责任是政治素质的内生动力，政治能力是政治素质的核心，政治行为是政治素质的外部表现这一内在逻辑结构，为少先队辅导员政治素质提升提供依据和参考。
