국문 초록

Productivity is the decisive force of human social change. With the in-depth promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy, rural cultural tourism has become an important force in the transformation and upgrading of rural industry and high-quality development. At present, China’s rural cultural tourism is in a critical period of transformation from traditional to modern, facing multiple risks and challenges such as the lack of talents for rural industry revitalization, imperfect rural cultural tourism infrastructure, and a single consumption model for rural cultural tourism. New era and new journey, in the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, the new quality of productivity as innovation plays a leading role in the quality of advanced productive forces, ‘subversive creativity’ thinking, leading a new type of workers, grasping the ‘immersive interaction’ opportunity to update the labour information. With the trend of ‘youthful consumption’, we will expand the labour objects, inject new kinetic energy into the high-quality development of rural culture and tourism industry, build a new engine for rural revitalization, and push forward the process of Chinese-style modernization.

영문 초록

生产力是人类社会变革的决定性力量。随着国家乡村振兴战略的深入推进，乡村文旅已成为乡村产业转型升级和高质量发展的重要力量。目前，我国乡村文旅正处于由传统向现代转型的关键时期，面临着乡村产业振兴人才缺乏、乡村文旅基础设施不完善、乡村文旅消费模式单一等多重风险挑战。新时代新征程，面对新一轮的科技革命与产业变革，新质生产力作为创新起主导作用的先进生产力质态，以“颠覆性创意”思维，引领新型劳动者，抓“沉浸式交互”契机，更新劳动资料，锚“年轻化消费”趋势，拓展劳动对象，为乡村文旅产业高质量发展注入新动能，打造乡村振兴新引擎，推进中国式现代化进程。
