With the acceleration of globalization, the education in the ethnic minority areas of Southwest China’s border regions is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As the core of improving education quality, humanities education plays an important role in promoting regional development, fostering ethnic unity, and enhancing the overall quality of citizens. This paper, based on the actual situation of the ethnic minority areas in Southwest China, analyzes the current status of humanities education, identifies the existing problems and influencing factors, and explores the path and mechanism for promoting high-quality educational development. The research shows that factors such as ethnic cultural differences, scarcity of educational resources, and weak infrastructure have hindered the further development of education in these regions. To achieve high-quality development of humanities education, it is necessary to first increase investment at the policy level, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the fair distribution of educational resources. Secondly, strengthening cultural confidence and identity is crucial, promoting the deep integration of ethnic culture and education, and facilitating cultural inheritance and innovation. Finally, educational mechanism innovation is essential, with an emphasis on leveraging information technology to promote educational equity and improve the coverage and quality of educational services. This paper provides both theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of humanities education in the ethnic minority areas of Southwest China, and offers insights for balanced educational development nationwide. With the continuous advancement of policies and technology, the humanities education in ethnic areas is expected to embrace a broader development prospect.

영문 초록

随着全球化进程的加速,中国西南边疆民族地区的教育面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。人文素质教育作为提升教育质量的核心,起着推动区域发展、促进民族团结以及提升国民整体素质的重要作用。本文结合中国西南边疆民族地区的实际情况,深入分析了该地区人文素质教育的现状、存在的问题及其影响因素,并探索了推动教育高质量发展的路径与机制。研究表明,民族文化差异、教育资源匮乏以及基础设施薄弱等因素制约了该地区教育的进一步发展。为了实现人文素质教育的高质量发展,首先需要从政策层面加大投入,优化资源配置,确保教育资源公平流动;其次,要加强文化自信与认同,通过推动民族文化与教育的深度融合,促进文化的传承与创新;最后,教育机制的创新至关重要,应充分利用信息技术手段,推动教育公平,提升教育服务的覆盖面和质量。本文不仅为中国西南边疆民族地区人文素质教育的高质量发展提供了理论支持与实践指导,也为全国教育均衡发展提供了借鉴。随着政策和技术的不断推进,民族地区的人文素质教育将迎来更加广阔的发展前景。
