翻译美学视域下游戏字幕翻译研究—以《黑神话：悟空》为例

China’s first “3A” blockbuster, Black Myth: Wukong, features captivating character dialogue and exquisite language expression. Based on Liu Miqing’s theory of translation aesthetics, this paper explores the expression of its aesthetic value in the formal system and the non-formal system. It is found that in terms of the formal system, translators often use rhymes and pauses to show the beauty of rhyme, use precise and appropriate vocabulary to highlight the beauty of language, and reproduce the beauty of syntax through sentence pattern changes, such as parallelism and imperatives. At the level of non-formal system, a deep understanding of the original image and a grasp of deep emotion could achieve the clever transmission of cultural image, the precise creation of emotional atmosphere and the full stimulation of aesthetic imagination through the choice of words about images, showing the important role of subtitle translation in crossing cultural barriers and conveying the connotation and emotion of the game. The study on the subtitle translation of Black Myth: Wukong provides valuable insights for game translation and emphasizes the importance of balancing aesthetic value and information transmission in the translation process, so as to improve the cross-cultural communication effect of the game and the player experience.

영문 초록

中国首款“3A”大作《黑神话：悟空》具有震撼人心的人物台词和精妙绝伦的语言表达。本文借助刘宓庆的翻译美学理论，探讨其美学价值在形式系统和非形式系统的体现，研究发现，在形式系统方面，译者多通过押韵和停顿的手法展现音韵之美，运用精准恰当的词汇突显语言之美，并通过句式变化，如排比句和祈使句的运用，重现句法之美。在非形式系统层面，充分理解原文意象，把握深层次的情感，通过意象的选词，达到文化意象的巧妙传递、情感氛围的精准营造以及审美想象的充分激发，展现字幕翻译在跨越文化障碍、传达游戏内涵和情感方面的重要作用。通过对《黑神话：悟空》字幕翻译的研究，为游戏翻译提供有益的借鉴，强调在翻译过程中兼顾美学价值与信息传达的重要性，以提升游戏的跨文化传播效果和玩家体验。
