선형공원 특성이 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 광주광역시 푸른길공원을 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 국내외적으로 주목받는 이슈 중 하나는 ‘걷기’이다. 보행 친화의 개념이 주목받고 있으며, 탄소중립 실현과도 연결되어, 도시문제 해결을 위한 대안으로서 공원의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 기존 선행연구에 따르면, 선형공원은 면형공원보다 더 많은 시민들이 이용할 수 있다는 점이 입증되었다. 또한 기존의 공원 공급방식을 보완할 하나의 대안으로 도입되고 있다. 광주 푸른길공원은 국내 최초 폐철도부지 공공공간 전환사업의 완료 사례로 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 광주 푸른길공원을 대상으로 도심 공원 속 구체화되는 주민의 삶에 주목하며, 선형공원 특성이 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 애착의 매개 효과 분석을 통해 지역 커뮤니티 활성화 및 교류 증진의 효율적인 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 통해 선형공원에서의 지역 커뮤니티 활성화 및 교류 증진을 위한 시사점을 도출한다. 이용 주체인 공원 방문객이 이용 객체인 광주 푸른길공원을 대상으로 활동을 통해 얻는 만족도 및 재방문의도의 실증분석 결과를 토대로 관계를 정확하게 이해하며, 선형공원의 효과적인 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 이용자들의 인구통계학적 특성과 푸른길공원의 방문 빈도, 체류시간, 목적 및 동반자 유형 파악 등 구체적 정보에 근거하여 이용객의 특성을 파악하고, 아울러 각 변수들의 상관관계를 검증함으로써 향후 선형공원 조성에 기여할 시사점을 도출하기 위한 연구의 틀을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과로 선형공원 특성은 만족도 및 재방문의도에 있어서 통계학적으로 유의미한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 정체성과 커뮤니티, 심미성 및 경관성은 만족도에 정의 영향을 보였다. 활용성과 정체성은 재방문의도에 정의 영향을 보였다. 만족도와 재방문의도에 공통적으로 영향을 주는 요소는 ‘정체성’으로 나타나, 이를 고려한 정책이 수반되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

One of the issues that has recently attracted attention both domestically and internationally is ‘walking.’ The concept of pedestrian-friendliness is attracting attention, and as it is linked to the realization of carbon neutrality, the importance of parks as an alternative to solving urban problems is increasing. According to existing research, it has been proven that linear parks can be used by more citizens than planar parks. It is also being introduced as an alternative to complement the existing park supply method. Gwangju Greenway Park is significant as the country’s first completed public space conversion project on an abandoned railroad site. In this study, we focus on the lives of residents in an urban park targeting Gwangju Greenway Park and analyze the impact of linear park characteristics on satisfaction and revisit intention. In addition, the purpose is to suggest efficient ways to revitalize local communities and promote exchanges through analysis of the mediating effect of attachment. Through this, implications for revitalizing local communities and promoting exchanges in linear parks are derived. The purpose of this study is to accurately understand the relationship between the satisfaction obtained through activities and the intention to revisit Gwangju Greenway Park, where visitors to the park are the users, and to set an effective direction for the linear park based on the results of the empirical analysis. Identifying the characteristics of users based on specific information such as their demographic characteristics, frequency of visiting Greenway Park, length of stay, purpose, and type of companion, and verifying the correlation between each variable, contributing to the creation of a linear park in the future We would like to present a research framework to derive implications. As a result of the analysis, linear park characteristics were found to have statistically significant results in satisfaction and revisit intention. Identity, community, aesthetics, and landscape showed positive effects on satisfaction. Usability and identity had a positive influence on revisit intention. The factor that commonly affects satisfaction and revisit intention appears to be ‘identity’, so policies that take this into consideration should be followed.
