This study aims at exploring the realistic dilemma, basic characteristics and innovative strategies of digital youth's participation in online united front work, so as to lay a foundation for promoting the institutionalization and standardization of digital youth's online political participation. Through literature analysis and case analysis, combined with the analysis of the real dilemma of digital youth participating in the network united front work, this paper combs the dilemma of subject alienation, value anomia and supervision absence faced by young people in the process of online political participation. The research finds that due to the virtuality of the network political space, the freedom of the network political topic and the dispersion of the network political behavior, the contemporary youth participating in the network united front work are faced with a certain behavioral disorder. The root causes are as follows: It is mainly caused by the diversity and difference of network political value, the mirroring and concealment of network political representation, the nonlinearity and complexity of network political narrative and so on. On this basis, this study proposes innovative strategies to effectively resolve the dilemma of young people's dysfunctional participation in online politics, including safeguarding young people's political discourse power based on reasonable supervision mechanism, implementing classified united front strategy based on the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences, and improving the effectiveness of online united front by focusing on virtual reality life field, so as to unite the spiritual strength of young online politicians. Maintain good political order and ensure orderly political participation.

영문 초록

本研究旨在深入探讨数字青年参与网络统战工作的现实困境、基本特征和创新策略，为推进数字青年网络政治参与的制度化和规范化奠定基础。通过文献资料分析法和案例分析法，结合对数字青年参与网络统战工作的现实困境进行分析，梳理了青年网络政治参与过程中所面临的主体异化困境、价值失范困境和监管缺位困境。研究发现，由于网络政治空间的虚拟性、网络政治话题的自由性和网络政治行为的分散性，当代青年参与网络统战工作面临着一定的行为失范困境，究其根源，主要是由于网络政治价值的多元化与差异性、网络政治表征的的镜像化与隐匿性、网络政治叙事的非线性与复杂性等原因导致的。在此基础上，本研究提出了有效化解青年网络政治参与失范困境的创新策略，包括基于合理的监督机制维护青年人的政治话语权、以求同存异的原则实施分类统战策略、聚焦虚拟现实的生活场域提升网络统战实效性等，以期通过团结凝聚青年网络政治人的精神力量，维护良好的政治秩序，保证有序的政治参与。
