한국어 학습자의 사과 담화 구성 양상 연구 - 사과하기 역할극 말뭉치를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국어 학습자의 사과 담화 구성 양상을 분석하는 데에 목적이있다. 이를 위해 공적 업무 처리 상황, 개인적 업무 처리 상황, 개인적 공동체 상황에 해당하는 한국어 학습자의 역할극 말뭉치를 수집하였다. 또한사과하기의 담화 구성 요소를 중심 행위, 인정 및 고백, 설명, 보상 제안, 재발 방지 약속, 감사하기를 기준으로 설정하여 한국어 학습자 역할극 말뭉치를 분석하였다. 사과하기 구성 요소를 양적 빈도로 살펴보았을 때 중심행위가 사과 담화의 핵심적 구성 요소로 작용하고 이외의 요소들이 뒤따라 사용되었으나, 각 상황에 따라 그 빈도에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한 개인적 공동체 상황보다 공적 업무 처리 상황에서 사과 담화 구성 요소 빈도의전형성이 떨어졌다. 또한 본 연구에서는 사과 담화의 전개 양상을 ‘도입- 중간-마무리’로 나누어 질적 분석했는데, 그 결과 개별 상황에서의 고유한특성을 발견할 수 있었으며, 학습자의 시도에 언어적, 화용적 문제가 나타남을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the discourse construction of apologies in the conversations of Korean learners. To achieve this goal, this study collected spoken data from the role play of Korean learners; this included an official business transaction, personal business transaction, and personal community situation. Also, we investigated the role-play data after setting up the components of an apology discourse construction as “head act,” “a confession, or admission of responsibility,” “an explanation,” “an offer of repair,” “promise of forbearance,” and “an appreciation.” When we examined the quantitative frequency of the components of an apology, the “head act” played a key role in the components of discourse, and then the others followed, and the frequency was different in specific situations. Moreover, we did not find less prototypicality of the frequency in official business transaction situations compared to personal community situations. Furthermore, in this study, we tried to examine the development of the data quantitatively by dividing it into “introduction - evolvement - completion;” and as a result, we found characteristics in each situation, and some linguistic and pragmatics problems in the attempts of Korean learners.
