국문 초록
The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing business management paradigms, fostering a shift towards data-driven decision-making, enhanced customer relationship management (CRM), and operational efficiency. This paper explores the integration of AI in business management, examining its impact on traditional management practices, ethical considerations, and future trends.
Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and case studies, this paper provides insights into how AI is reshaping management paradigms and offers strategic recommendations for businesses to navigate this transformation. The study delves into AI-powered CRM systems, highlighting their ability to leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to deliver personalized experiences, streamline processes, and derive valuable insights from customer data. The ethical considerations and challenges associated with AI integration, such as data privacy, bias, transparency, and employee adaptation, are also discussed.
