국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 원장과 팀티칭을 경험한 보육교사의 대인관계 스트레스와 원장의 의사소통 유형이 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 실시되었다. 방법 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에 소재하는 원장과 팀티칭을 경험한 보육교사 249명을 대상으로 대인관계 스트레스, 원장의 의사소통 유형 그리고 심리적 소진을 측정하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원장의 의사소통 유형 중 독단형과 무지형이 보육교사의 대인관계 스트레스 및 심리적 소진과 유의한 영향을 주었다. 반면 원장의 의사소통 유형 중 과묵형과 개방형은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 팀티칭을 경험한 보육교사의 대인관계 스트레스와 원장의 의사소통 유형이 교사의 심리적 소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 대인관계 스트레스 요인 중에서 동료와의 관계와 학부모와의 관계 관련 스트레스 요인이 심리적 소진에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤고 원장의 의사소통 유형 중에서는 독단형이 교사의 심리적 소진에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육교사의 대인관계 스트레스와 원장이 의사소통 유형이 교사의 심리적 소진에 중요한 변인이라는 것을 밝혔다 따라서 원장과 팀티칭을 하는 보육교사의 심리적 소진의 경감을 위해 어린이집 내의 민주적인 분위기 형성과 개방형 의사소통 유형이 필요하며, 어린이집 내의 민주적 분위기 형성과 개방적 의사소통을 지원하는 제도와 정책을 마련하여 시행하는 것이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines the effects of interpersonal stress and communication styles of directors and team-teaching experienced childcare teachers on teachers' psychological exhaustion. Methods Data were collected from 249 directors and team-teaching experienced childcare teachers in Seoul and the metropolitan area, measuring interpersonal stress, communication styles of directors, and psychological exhaustion. Results The results indicate that the directors' authoritative and ignorant communication styles significantly influenced interpersonal stress and psychological exhaustion. Conversely, the reticent and open communication styles negatively influenced psychological exhaustion. Additionally, interpersonal stress from relationships with colleagues and parents significantly contributed to psychological exhaustion, with the authoritative communication style being a major contributor. Conclusions This study confirms that interpersonal stress and communication styles are critical factors influencing teachers' psychological exhaustion. The findings suggest the need for democratic environments and open communication styles in childcare centers to reduce psychological exhaustion.
