건설업 일용직근로자의 직무스트레스가 근골격계질환에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 건설업근로자 중 일용직근로자를 대상으로 직무스트레스가 근골격계질환에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 직무스트레스가 근골격계 질환에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써 건설업 일용직 근로자들의 근골격계 질환 예방 및 관리에서의 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구는 대구, 경북 소재의 건설업계근로자 중 건설업 안전보건교육에 참가한 건설업 일용직근로자 218명을 대상으로 하였다. 통계학적으로 유의미한 연구대상자 수를 알아보기 위하여 G*Power 3.1.9.7 analysis를 이용하며, 다중회귀분석을 위한 중간 정도의 효과 크기 0.15, 유의수준 0.05, 검정력 95%, 예측변수 2개로 하였을 때 122명으로 계산하여 검정하였다. 결과: 근골격계질환 여부 인지의 경우 연령대가 50대와 60대에서 그리고 결혼상태별로 독신군에서 근골격계질환 인지자가 유의하게 많았다. 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 근골격계질환 증상의 심각성 인지변이의 경우 유의한 변이를 보이는 변수는 없었으나 직무스트레스는 근골격계질환과 일정한 연관성을 보이는데, 직무스트레스는 근골격계질환 이환 여부에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 건설업 일용직 근로자의 근골격계질환을 예방하고 질환의 관리를 위해서 직무스트레스의 관리할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive implications for the prevention and management of musculoskeletal diseases of daily workers in the construction industry by comparing and analyzing the effects of job stress on musculoskeletal diseases among daily workers in the construction industry. Method: This study was conducted on 218 daily workers in the construction industry who participated in safety and health education in the construction industry among workers in the construction industry located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. G*Power 3.1.9.7 analysis was used to find out the number of statistically significant research subjects, and 122 people were calculated and tested when a moderate effect size of 0.15, a significance level of 0.05, a power of 95% and two predictors were used for multiple regression analysis. Results: In the case of recognition of musculoskeletal disease, the age groups were significantly higher in their 50s and 60s, and in the single group by marital status. In the case of variations in perception of the severity of musculoskeletal disease symptoms according to socio-demographic characteristics, there were no variables showing significant variations, but job stress showed a certain relationship with musculoskeletal disease, and job stress had a significant positive effect on musculoskeletal disease morbidity. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that measures to manage job stress should be sought to prevent musculoskeletal diseases and manage diseases of daily workers in the construction industry.
