MZ세대의 개인적 특성과 롤모델, 불안감이 창업기회인식을 매개로 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

초 고령시대를 맞이하며 MZ세대 중 노후 준비를 위해 주 소득을 얻는 직업 이외에도 사이드 프로젝트에 참여하는 N잡러가 늘어나는 추세이다. 그들 중 일부는 노후 준비로 창업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 전국의 예비창업자 중 MZ세대를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터를 선별하여 유효한 272부를 얻어 분석에 사용하였다. 상관관계 검증은 피어슨 상관관계를 이용한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫 번째, 개인적 특성 중 자율성은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 개인적 특성 중 창의성과 도전성은 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 롤모델은 창업의도에 유의한 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안감 중 직장 불안감은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만 미래 불안감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 창업기회인식의 매개효과 검정에서는 개인적 특성 중 창의성, 도전성, 자율성과 창업의도 사이에서 창업기회인식의 매개효과가 나타났다. 롤모델과 창업의도와의 관계 사이에서 창업기회인식의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 불안감 중 직장 불안감, 미래 불안감과 창업의도와의 관계 사이에서 창업기회인식은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 MZ세대들의 창업의도에 대한 차별적 관점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 창업의도에 대한 다양한 인식 제고에 중요한 단서를 제공하여 MZ세대들의 창업기회를 인식할 프로그램 개발에 대한 해법을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the early age of the MZ generation, the number of N workers participating in side projects in addition to jobs that earn main income to prepare for retirement is increasing. Some of them are increasingly interested in starting their own businesses as they prepare for retirement. At this point, this study conducted an online survey of the MZ generation among prospective founders nationwide. The collected data were selected and valid 272 copies were obtained and used for analysis. Correlation verification was analyzed using Pearson correlation. As a result of the division, first, autonomy among personal characteristics was found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurship intention. On the other hand, it was found that creativity and conductivity were not significant among personal characteristics. Second, the role model was found to have a significant influence on entrepreneurship intention. Third, among anxiety, workplace anxiety had a significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, but future anxiety was not. In the mediating effect test of entrepreneurship opportunity recognition, the mediating effect of entrepreneurship opportunity recognition was found between creativity, conductivity, autonomy, and entrepreneurship intention among individual characteristics. It was found that there was a mediating effect of entrepreneurship opportunity recognition between the relationship between the role model and entrepreneurship intention. On the other hand, among anxiety, recognition of start-up opportunities was found to have no mediating effect between the relationship between job anxiety, future anxiety, and start-up intention. These findings could present a differentiated perspective on the start-up intention of the MZ generation. In addition, by providing important clues to raising awareness of start-up intention, it will be possible to provide a solution to the development of a program to recognize start-up opportunities for the MZ generation.
