국내 진로적응성 관련 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국내에서 수행된 진로적응성 관련 연구동향을 체계적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2014년 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 진로적응성과 관련된 126편의 KCI 게재논문을 대상으로 하였다. 연구물 특성과 연구방법, 연구대상, 측정도구 및 하위요인, 진로적응성 관련 변인 및 주제어를 분석하였다. 연구분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2016년부터 점차 진로적응성 관련 연구물이 증가하였고, 사회과학 분야와 교육 분야, 청소년 관련 학술지에 다수 게재되었다. 2018년부터는 대학생에 집중되었던 연구대상이 점차 확대되었다. 연구주제 측면에서는 진로적응성을 포함한 변인 간의 영향 관계를 검증하는 연구가 대다수를 차지하였다. 둘째, 게재된 논문에 활용된 연구방법은 양적 연구가 114편(90.48%)으로 절대다수를 차지하였다 Savickas & Porfeli(2012)의 CAAS는 진로적응성 변인을 측정하는 데 가장 많이 사용된 도구였다. 셋째, 진로적응성은 선정된 연구물에서 준거변인(45편, 60.81%), 예측변인(8편, 10.81%), 매개변인(21편, 28.38%) 등으로 활용되었다. 넷째, 최근 연구(2021∼2023년)에서는 그릿, 진로준비행동, 진로장벽 등이 키워드 빈도에서 상위를 차지하여 연구의 흐름이 다소 바뀌고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze the trends of career adaptability-related research conducted in Korea. For this purpose, 126 KCI articles related to career adaptability from January 2014 to December 2023 were selected. Research characteristics, research methods, research subjects, measurement tools and sub-factors, career adaptability- related variables, and thematic terms were analyzed. The major findings are as follows: First, since 2016, there has been a gradual increase in research related to career adaptability, which has been published in numerous academic journals related to social science, education, and youth. From 2018, research subjects that were concentrated on college students gradually expanded. In terms of research topics, most studies have focused on verifying the relationship between variables, including career adaptability. Second, regarding the research methods used in published papers, the majority (90.48%) employed quantitative research. Savickas & Porfeli's (2012) CAAS was the most commonly used instrument to measure career adjustment variables in the study. Third, career adaptability was used as a criterion variable in 45 studies (60.81%), as a predictor variable in 8 studies (10.81%), and as a mediating variable in 21 studies (28.38%) in the selected studies. Finally, in the latest study (2021-2023), keywords such as grit, career readiness behaviors, and career barriers were the most frequent.
