국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 부모양육행동과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 자기효능감과 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대전, 서울, 경기도에 거주하는 청소년들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 305명의 자료를 SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS macro 6번 모델을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정적 부모양육행동은 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 학교생활적응과 유의한 정적상관을 보였고, 부정적 부모양육행동은 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 학교생활적응과 유의한 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 긍정적/부정적 부모양육행동과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 긍정적 부모양육행동과 학교생활적응의 관계를 부분매개하였고, 부정적 양육행동과 학교생활적응의 관계에서는 완전매개하였다. 넷째, 긍정적/부정적 부모양육행동과 학교생활적응의 관계를 자기효능감과 회복탄력성이 이중매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy and resilience in the relationship between adolescents' perceived parenting behavior and adaptation to school life. To this end, a survey was conducted on teenagers living in Daejeon, Seoul, and Gyeonggi-do, and the collected data of 305 people was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS macro model 6. The main findings are as follows: First, positive parenting behaviors showed a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy, resilience, and adaptation to school life, while negative parenting behaviors showed significant negative correlations with self-efficacy, resilience, and adaptation to school life. Second, the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between positive and negative parenting behavior, and adaptation to school life was not significant. Third, resilience partially mediated the relationship between positive parenting behaviors and adaptation to school life, and completely mediated the relationship between negative parenting behaviors and adaptation to school life. Fourth, the relationship between positive and negative parenting behaviors and adaptation to school life was double-mediated by self-efficacy and resilience. Lastly, the significance and limitations of this study and the direction of future research were presented.
