유아교사의 셀프리더십과 교수몰입이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 셀프리더십, 교수몰입, 직무만족, 사회적 지지의 관계와 유아교사 직무만족에 대한 셀프리더십과 교수몰입의 영향, 이 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과에 대해 탐구하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 이를 위해 유아교사 357명을 대상으로 하였고 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Process Macro 3.5를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 셀프리더십, 교수몰입, 직무만족, 사회적 지지는 모두 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사 셀프리더십과 교수몰입은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사 직무만족에 대한 셀프리더십과 교수몰입의 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과는 유아교사가 역할에 대해 몰입하는 것이 직무만족에 중요하며 이를 위해 필요한 정보제공이나 정서적 지원과 같은 사회적 지지가 역할수행에 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of early childhood teachers’ self-leadership and teaching flow on their job satisfaction, as well as to discover the mediating effects of social support on job satisfaction. The subjects were 357 early childhood teachers who had been asked four questionnaires. The findings of this study were as follows. First, this study revealed positive correlations among the variables of early childhood teacher’s self-leadership, teaching flow, job satisfaction, and social support. Second, this study showed that there were the effects of self-leadership and teaching flow of early childhood teachers on their job satisfaction. Third, there was a mediating effect of social support on job satisfaction of early childhood teachers based on the relationship of the early childhood teachers’ self-leadership and their teaching flow. The results of this study signify that self-leadership and teaching flow are important factors to enhance the quality of early childhood education and early childhood teacher’s expertise as well as early childhood teachers’ social support for young children’s development and teacher’s job satisfaction in their experiences.
