커리어앵커 기반 중학생 진로교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학생들이 자신의 진로역량을 기를 수 있도록 커리어앵커(Career Anchor) 기반 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 학교 진로교사와 학생을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였으며 문헌분석과 요구조사 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램의 초안을 도출하였다. 프로그램 초안에 대한 내용 타당도를 확보하기 위해 전문가 검토를 통해 초안의 강점과 개선점을 도출하였으며 이를 반영하여 수정 및 보완한 후 현장평가에 적용하였다. 현장적용은 P광역시 C중학교 3학년 5개반 82명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 교사의 성찰일지와 학생 만족도 조사를 통해 프로그램(안)의 개선점을 도출하고 이를 반영하여 프로그램의 최종안을 개발하였다. 연구결과 프로그램의 핵심프로세스는 ‘커리어앵커를 통한 나 이해, 미래 직업세계와 나 연결, 창의적 미래 직업 설계’로 구성하고 각 단계별 활동내용과 지원요소를 제공하였다. 자기이해에서는 다양한 활동을 통해 개인이 가진 재능과 능력, 동기와 가치 등을 발견하고 자신의 진로 경향성이 무엇인지 확인하며, 직업세계 탐색에서는 변화하는 직업세계에 대비하여 미래 사회 및 직업세계 변화의 방향을 이해하고 예측한다. 마지막 미래 직업 설계에서는 미래 사회의 방향과 자신의 진로 경향성을 고려하여 내가 원하는 새로운 미래 직업을 만들도록 하였다. 본 연구는 커리어앵커에 기반한 진로교육 프로그램 개발을 통해 중학생들이 자신의 진로 경향성에 대해 이해하고 자신이 원하는 진로를 주도적으로 설계할 수 있는 진로역량을 기를 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study develops a career education program based on career anchors for middle school students to develop their career competencies. A survey was conducted on the needs of school field career education teachers and students, a draft of the program was developed based on the literature analysis and survey results. To secure the validity of the content of the program draft, this study identified the draft’s strengths and areas for improvement through expert evaluation. Subsequently, these were reviewed, modified, and supplemented for on-site evaluation. The field application was conducted with 82 students in five third-grade classes at C middle school in P Metropolitan City. The areas of improvement of the program (draft) were derived from the teacher’s reflection diary and student satisfaction survey, which helped develop the final program. The results reveal that the program’s core process was “Understanding myself through career anchors, connecting myself with the future world of work, and designing creative future jobs.” Through various activities, students identify their talents, abilities, motivations, demands, attitudes, and values and confirm their career anchors. Moreover, understanding and predicting the direction of future social and occupational world evolution are crucial in preparation for the changing occupational world. Finally, the direction of the future society and the possibility of one’s career must be considered when designing and creating a new job in the future. This study expects that by developing a career education program based on career anchors, middle school students can thoroughly understand their career anchors and acquire the necessary competencies to design their careers independently.
