기독교대학의 정체성 구현을 위한 전공교육체제 개발 연구

국문 초록

연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 학령인구 감소와 기독교에 대한 호감도 감소로 인해 사회에 대한 교회의 영향력이 감소한 가운데 교회의 부흥과 기독교대학의 발전을 위해 기독교 학교의 정체성을 확립하고 있는 인재를 양성하기 위해 기독교대학의 정체성 구현 할 수 있는 전공교육체제를 개발하는 것이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 본 연구의 내용은 기독교 대학의 정체성을 기반으로 내용 체계를 구성하고, 내용 체계를 운영할 수 있는 교육과정 운영 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 문헌 분석을 통해서 내용 체계를 구성할 수 있는 기독교 대학의 역량 모형을 탐색하였고, 이를 기초-기본-심화 3단계의 교육내용 체계로 구성하였고, 기초단계는 24개의 성취 기준을 구성하고, 기본 단계는 31개의 성취 기준, 심화 단계는 33개의 성취기준을 편성하였다. 다음으로 4C/ID 모형을 이용하여 전공교육과정, 멘토린 교육과정, 교양교육과정, 비교과교육과정으로 구성된 전공교육과정 운영 모형을 구성하였다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구는 기독교대학의 정체성을 구현할 수 있는 내용 체계와 전공교육과정 운영 모형을 개발하여, 전공교육체제를 개발하였다. 이를 통해서 기독교 대학의 정체성을 구현할 수 있는 실제적 전공교육과정이 운영될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a major education system to realize the identity of a Christian university. For the study, I searched for previous studies and found studies that developed the capabilities of Christian universities. and through prior research, a content system was created to educate the identity of a Christian university. The content system was created in low-medium-high stages. The content system consists of achievement standards according to stages. First, 24 achievement standards were organized for the low stage, 31 achievement standards for the medium stage, and 33 achievement standards for the high stage. and this study developed a curriculum operation model that can operate the content system. The curriculum operation model was composed of a major curriculum, mentor curriculum, general education curriculum, and non-curricular curriculum using the 4C/ID model. This study developed a major education system by developing a content system and a major curriculum operation model that can embody the identity of a Christian university. Through this, it is expected that a practical major curriculum that can embody the identity of a Christian university can be operated.
