대학생의 전공만족도가 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

전 세계적인 코로나 팬데믹 이후 악화된 경제상황은 대학생의 취업에 관한 스트레스를 증폭시켰다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 전공만족도가 취업스트레스에게 영향을 주는 관계에서 아르바이트 경험의 조절효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 충남지역 대학교 재학 중인 대학생 544명을 대상으로, 전공만족도와 취업스트레스에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전공만족도를 교과만족, 인식만족, 일반만족, 관계만족으로 나누어 각각의 변인과 취업스트레스 관계를 분석하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실행하였다. 아르바이트경험을 조절변수로 하여 전공만족도와 취업스트레스의 관계에서 조절효과를 갖는지에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족도과 취업스트레스의 관계에서 전공만족도의 하위요인인 관계만족(β=-.141)과 인식만족(β=-.286)이 통계적으로 유의하고 취업스트레스에 부(-)적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교과만족(β=-.006)과 일반만족(β=-.003)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않음으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아르바이트 경험이 있는 경우 전공만족도의 하위요인인 교과만족과 인식만족이 취업스트레스에 통계적으로 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 아르바이트 경험이 없는 경우에는 인식만족만 취업스트레스에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 나머지 하위요인인 교과만족, 일반만족, 관계만족은 통계적으로 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 전공만족도와 취업스트레스 간 다중회귀분석 결과 관계만족과 인식만족이 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있음을 밝혔고, 아르바이트 경험 유무에 따라 경험이 있는 경우에 교과만족과 인식만족이 조절효과가 있음을 나타냈다. 이는 아르바이트 경험이 교과만족과 인식만족이 취업스트레스에 부의 영향을 미친다는 실무적, 학술적인 새로운 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The worsening economic situation following the global coronavirus pandemic has amplified college students' stress regarding employment. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of part-time work experience in the relationship between college students' major satisfaction and employment stress. A survey was conducted on major satisfaction and employment stress among 544 college students attending universities in the Chungnam region. Major satisfaction was divided into subject satisfaction, recognition satisfaction, general satisfaction, and relationship satisfaction, and multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the impact of each variable on employment stress. Using part-time work experience as a moderating variable, we studied whether it had a moderating effect in the relationship between major satisfaction and employment stress. The research results are as follows. First, in the relationship between major satisfaction and employment stress, relationship satisfaction (β=-.141) and cognitive satisfaction (β=-.286), which are subfactors of major satisfaction, were found to be statistically significant and have a negative effect on employment stress. Subject satisfaction (β=-.006) and general satisfaction (β=-.003) were found to be not statistically significant. Second, in the case of those with part-time work experience, subject satisfaction and recognition satisfaction, which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, were found to have a statistically controlling effect on employment stress. Lastly, in cases where there was no part-time work experience, only perceived satisfaction was found to have a moderating effect on employment stress. However, the remaining sub-factors, subject satisfaction, general satisfaction, and relationship satisfaction, were found to have no statistical moderating effect. As a result of a multiple regression analysis between college students' major satisfaction and employment stress, this study revealed that relationship satisfaction and perception satisfaction had a statistically significant effect, and that subject satisfaction and perception satisfaction had a moderating effect depending on whether or not there was part-time work experience. indicated that there was This presented a new practical and academic implication that part-time work experience has a negative effect on subject satisfaction and recognition satisfaction on employment stress.
