국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 고교 3학년을 대상으로 이들의 진로태도 결정성을 확인하고자 아버지 및 어머니 지지를 각 독립변인으로, 성취동기를 매개변인으로 구조방정식모델을 설정하여 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자 및 자료는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 구축한 다문화청소년패널조사(Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study; MAPS)의 9차년도 종단자료를 사용하였다. 이 패널의 조사대상은 다문화가정 고등학교 3학년생 1,102명을 표본으로 하여 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램으로 빈도분석, 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 구조방정식모델은 AMOS 26.0 통계프로그램으로 측정모델 확인단계와 경로모델 단계 및 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지 지지는 진로태도 결정성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고, 둘째, 어머니의 지지도 진로태도 결정성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 성취동기는 진로태도 결정성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 넷째, 아버지 지지는 성취동기에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 나타났고, 다섯째, 어머니 지지는 성취동기에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 여섯째, 성취동기를 매개로 아버지 지지와 진로태도 결정성 간 완전매개효과가 나타났고, 일곱째, 성취동기를 매개로 어머니 지지와 진로태도 결정성 간 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 다문화가정 고교 3년생은 진학 또는 사회진출 준비 시기로 자신의 진로가 어느 정도 결정된 진로태도 결정은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 진로태도 결정에 성취동기가 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었기에, 이를 활성화하기 위한 정책적 방안과 실무적 방안을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify causal relationships by establishing a structural equation model with father and mother support as independent variables and achievement motivation as a mediating variable in order to determine the decisiveness of career attitudes among high school seniors from multicultural families. The subjects and data of this study were the 9th year longitudinal data of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) established by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. The subjects of this panel's investigation were 1,102 third-year students from a multicultural high school, and frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program. And the structural equation model was verified with the AMOS 26.0 statistical program to verify the measurement model confirmation step, path model step, and mediation effect. The results of this study are as follows. First, father support was found to have no statistically significant effect on career attitude determination. Second, mother's support was found to have no statistically significant effect on career attitude determination. Third, achievement motivation had a statistically significant direct effect on career attitude determination. Fourth, father's support had a statistically significant effect on career attitude determination. Fifth, mother's support had a statistically significant effect on career attitude determination. Sixth, a complete mediating effect was found between father's support and career attitude determination mediated by achievement motivation. Seventh, a complete mediating effect was found between mother's support and career attitude determination mediated by achievement motivation. For third-year high school students from multicultural families, it is a very important factor to determine their career attitude to some extent as they are preparing to enter college or enter society. Since achievement motivation was confirmed to be the most important factor in determining career attitude, policy and practical measures to revitalize it were presented as implications.
