국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 정신건강, 부모양육, 대학생활적응도를 살펴 보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상으로 S 지역과 D 지역에 소속된 대학생 556명 중 설문지에 제대로 응답하지 않은 82부를선별한 후 총 474부로 SPSS 20 Program를 이용하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 이 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 정신건강, 부모양육, 대학생활적응도에 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 정신건강, 부모양육이 대학생활적응도에 어떠한영향력이 있는지 살펴본 연구결과는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 정신건강, 부모양육은 대학생활적응도에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대학생들의 대학생활 즉 학교생활만족도를 높이기 위해서 스마트폰 사용 자제력, 정신건강, 부모자녀 의사소통과 양육태도 등에 도움을 줄 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램과 개인 및 집단상담 등의 정책 시스템이 개발되어야 할 필요성이 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine college students' smartphone addiction, mentalhealth, parenting, and adjustment to college life. Among 556 college students in S and Dregions, 82 copies that did not respond to the questionnaire were selected, and a total of 474copies were analyzed for correlation and regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. Theresults of this study are as follows. First, it was found that there was a correlation betweensmartphone addiction, mental health, parenting, and college life adaptation of college students. Second, a study examining how college students' smartphone addiction, mental health, andparental care affect college life adaptation showed that college students' smartphone addiction,mental health, and parental care affect college life adaptation. Accordingly, in order to increasecollege students' satisfaction with school life, policies such as various educational programs andindividual and group counseling that can help them use smartphones, mental health, andparent-child communication and parenting attitudes need to be developed.
