청소년 채팅 상담자의 채팅 상담 경험에 대한 합의적 질적 연구

국문 초록

최근 들어 모바일 심리상담 앱이 출시될 정도로 채팅 상담의 성장이 두드러지고 있으며 특히 청소년들의 선호가 크게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 채팅 상담자의 자격 요건이나 훈련 등에 대한부분이 체계화되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문 상담 자격증을 보유하고 채팅 상담에 참여하는 상담자를 대상으로 하여 이들의 채팅 상담 경험을 심도 있게 살펴보았다. 청소년 대상 채팅상담자 12명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시한 후 합의적 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 분석한 결과,4개 영역과 13개의 범주, 33개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 4개의 영역을 살펴보면 ‘채팅 상담 전경험’, ‘채팅 상담 과정에서의 경험’, ‘채팅 상담의 특성파악’, ‘채팅 상담의 발전과제’로 나타났다. 채팅 상담자들은 채팅 상담이 청소년을 위한 효과적인 상담 개입 방법이 될 수 있음을 보고하였다. 본 연구를 통해 채팅 상담에 입문하게 되는 상담자들에게 실제적인 도움이 되는 정보나 자료를제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the growth of chat counseling has been remarkable, and the preference among theyouth is increasing significantly. At present, it could be the most professional for a counselorwith counseling license to participate in chat counseling. Accordingly, this study targetedcounselors who hold professional licenses and participate in chat counseling and looked indepth at what they experience during chat counseling. After conducting interviews with 12 chatcounselors for youth and analyzing them using a consensual qualitative research method, 4areas, 13 categories, and 33 subcategories were derived. Looking at the four areas, they were‘experience before chat counseling’, ‘experience during the chat counseling’, ‘understanding thecharacteristics of chat counseling’, and ‘development tasks of chat counseling’. Participantsreported that chat counseling can be an effective intervention method for the youth. This studywill provide practical, helpful information and materials to counselors who are entering chatcounseling.
