국문 초록

본 연구에서는 날로 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 중국 전자상거래 업체들을 대상으로 공급망 전략에 있어서 물류아웃소싱의 협력관계가 서비스확장과 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과, 물류 아웃소싱 결정요인 중 비용절감은 전통적기능을제외한 서비스 수준 향상과 정보시스템 활용 및 호환에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물류 아웃소싱 결정요인중 서비스수준 향상 및 정보시스템 활용 및 호환은 물류아웃소싱 수준에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 아웃소싱 수준 중 전통적기능을 제외한 나머지 기능은 모두 물류성과 효과성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 물류아웃소싱 결정에 있어 비용 절감은 매우 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 기업은 전통적인 물류 기능을 아웃소싱하는 것 외에도서비스 수준 향상 및 정보 시스템 활용과 호환성을 향상시키는 데 집중함으로써 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 정보 시스템의 활용 능력과 호환성은 아웃소싱 수준을 높이는 핵심 요소이다. 기업은 정보 시스템을 효과적으로 활용하고, 다른 시스템과 호환성을 유지하는 방법을 개발하고 향상시켜야 하며, 이는 물류 관리의 효율성을 높이는 데 도움이 된다. 또한, 기업은 아웃소싱을 단순한 비용절감 수단으로만 보지 말고 전략적으로 활용하여 경쟁 우위를 확보해야 함을 시사한다. 최상의 결과를 얻기 위해서는 전통적 기능과 서비스 및 정보 시스템 기능을 통합적으로 고려하는 접근 방식이 필요하다. 이러한 종합적인 접근 방식은 물류 아웃소싱 수준을 향상시키고 물류 성과를 최적화하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on increasingly competitive Chinese e-commerce enterprises and explores the impact of logistics outsourcing partnerships on service expansion and logistics outcomes in supply chain strategy. The research results show that among the determining factors of logistics outsourcing, reducing costs will affect the improvement of service levels in addition to traditional functions, as well as considerations for the use and compatibility of information systems (+). Among the determining factors of logistics outsourcing, the improvement of service level and the utilization and compatibility of information systems have a positive (+) impact on the level of logistics outsourcing. In addition, besides traditional functions, all other functions in the outsourcing level have a meaningful impact on logistics efficiency and effectiveness. In the context of logistics outsourcing decisions, cost reduction has been confirmed as an extremely critical factor. Companies should focus not only on outsourcing traditional logistics functions but also on improving service levels and enhancing the utilization and compatibility of information systems to achieve cost savings. The effective utilization of information systems and compatibility are key elements in elevating the level of outsourcing. Companies need to develop and enhance their ability to effectively use information systems while maintaining compatibility with other systems, which contributes to increased efficiency in logistics management. Furthermore, this underscores the importance of viewing outsourcing as a strategic tool rather than just a means for cost reduction, allowing companies to gain a competitive edge. To achieve the best results, a comprehensive approach that considers both traditional functions and service-related aspects, along with information system functionalities, is necessary. Such an integrated approach is expected to enhance the level of logistics outsourcing and optimize logistics performance.
