국문 초록

在“互联网+”时代背景下，高校实验室信息化建设对于优化实验资源配置、增强实验室安全性、提高实验教学效果以及促进实践教学与科研相结等方面都具有重要的意义。本文在分析高校实验室信息化建设的重要意义之后，提出了高校实验室信息化建设的基本措施与基础保障。高校实验室需要建设包括实验室环境监测系统、安全管理系统、人员认证系统、材料设备登记系统与教育系统，并从信息安全、人才和制度三个方面提供基础保障。

영문 초록

Abstract: In the context of the ‘Internet+’ era, the construction of university laboratories informatization holds significant importance in optimizing the allocation of experimental resources, enhancing laboratory safety, improving the effectiveness of experimental teaching, and promoting the integration of practical teaching with scientific research. After analyzing the critical significance of university laboratory informatization, this paper presents essential measures and foundational safeguards for such construction. University laboratories need to establish systems including laboratory environment monitoring, safety management, personnel authentication, materials and equipment registration, and educational systems. Additionally, they should provide foundational support from the perspectives of information security, talent development, and institutional arrangements.
