大学生拖延与完美主义的关系研究

국문 초록

近年来，大学生拖延问题广受关注，拖延不仅成为阻碍大学生完成目标的主要因素，也严重影响着他们的身心健康。以大学生为被试，采用多维完美主义视角考察完美主义的高标准维度（自我高标准、他人高标准和社会高标准）和适应性维度（情绪适应性和认知适应性）对拖延行为的影响机制。结果发现：完美主义心理特征各维度对于拖延程度的预测因素中，完美主义的适应性维度的预测作用较大，其中情绪适应性预测作用显著，且方向为正向；认知行为适应性也具有显著预测作用，但方向为负。另一方面高标准维度的预测作用相对较少，自我完美和他人完美均不具有预测作用；社会完美具有显著性预测作用，方向为负。

영문 초록

For college students, procrastination has not only become the main factor hindering them to achieve their goals, but also seriously affects their physical and mental health. In recent years, the delay problem of college students has attracted wide attention. Taking college students as the subjects, the mechanism of the high standard dimension of perfection (high standard of self, high standard of others and high social standard) and adaptive dimension (emotional adaptability and cognitive adaptability) on procrastination behavior. Among the predictive factors, the adaptive dimension of perfectionism is significant, and the direction is positive, and the cognitive behavior adaptability also has a significant predictive effect, but the direction is negative. On the other hand, the high standard dimension has relatively less prediction effect, neither self-perfection nor others' perfection; social perfection has significant prediction effect and negative direction.
