국문 초록

唐朝时期，突厥、回纥、契丹、奚、室韦等北方游牧民族活跃在内蒙古地区，唐朝与这些民族或战或和，建立了程度不同的联系。唐朝设置云中、单于、燕然、瀚海、安北都护府和松漠、饶乐、室韦都督府等羁縻府州，实现了对这些民族的羁縻统治。羁縻府州的设置是唐朝边疆治理和民族政策的体现，有助于唐朝边疆稳定，促进了内蒙古地区的发展以及各民族在政治、经济、文化等领域的交往、交流和交融。

영문 초록

During the Tang Dynasty, northern nomadic nationalities such as Turkic, Huihe, Khitan, Xi, and Shiwei were active in the Inner Mongolia region, and the Tang Dynasty established different degrees of contact with these ethnic groups.The Tang Dynasty set up Yunzhong, Chanyu, Yanran, Hanhai, Anbei Duhufu and Songmo, Raole, Shiwei and other Dudufu to achieve the fettered rule of these ethnic groups.The establishment of the prefecture was the embodiment of the border governance and ethnic policy of the Tang Dynasty, which contributed to the stability of the Tang Dynasty's frontier,promoted the development of the Inner Mongolia region and the exchanges, exchanges and blending of various ethnic groups in the fields of political, economic, cultural and so on.
