자폐스펙트럼아동의 상호작용 발달놀이치료(IDP) 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 자폐 스펙트럼 아동과의 상호작용 발달놀이치료(IDP: Interaction Developmental Play Therapy)에서 나타난 상호작용의 변화를 탐색하는 단일사례연구이다. 연구 대상자는 만 6세 자폐스펙트럼 진단을 받은 남아이며, 경기도 S 센터에서 2021년 11월 29일부터 2022년 12월 27일까지 주 2회씩 회기 당 60분씩 사례를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 설계는 ABA 단일체계설계(Single System Design)를 사용하였으며, 회기별 구성은 기초선 1단계(A1) 3회기, 중재기 44회기, 기초선 2단계(A2) 3회기로 총 50회기를 진행했다. 상호작용 행동의 측정을 위해 눈맞춤, 미소 · 웃음 행동의 발생률을 회기마다 측정하였으며, 자기조절력 측정을 위해 한국판 감각 프로파일-2(Korean Sensory Profile-2;K-SP2)를 실시하였다. 모-자 상호작용의 변화는 MIM 평가를 하고 MIM 평정척도로 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 상호작용 발달놀이치료는 상호작용 행동인 눈맞춤 행동 향상에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 상호작용 발달놀이치료는 상호작용 행동인 미소·웃음 행동 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 상호작용 발달놀이치료는 상호작용 행동인 자기조절력에 효과가 있었다. 넷째, 상호작용 발달놀이치료는 모-자 상호작용에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 상호작용 발달놀이치료가 자폐스펙트럼 아동의 상호작용 중재훈련으로 임상적인 근거가 됨을 보여주고, 자폐스펙트럼 아동의 모-자상호작용에 긍정적 효과를 경험할 수 있는 사례를 제시함에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a single case study that explores changes in interaction in developmental play therapy(IDP) with children on the autism spectrum. The subject of the study was a 6-year-old boy diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, and cases were conducted twice a week for 60 minutes per session from November 29, 2021 to December 27, 2022 at S Center in Gyeonggi-do. The ABA single system design was used for the design of this study, and the composition of each session consisted of 3 sessions of the baseline stage 1 (A1), 44 sessions of the intervention period, and 3 sessions of the baseline stage 2 (A2), totaling 50 sessions. To measure interaction behavior, the incidence of eye contact and smile/laugh behavior was measured every session, and Korean Sensory Profile-2 (K-SP2) was conducted to measure self-regulation. Changes in parent-child interactions were evaluated by the MIM and analyzed by the Marschak Interaction Method Rating System. As a result of the study, first, interactive developmental play therapy was effective in improving eye contact behavior, which is an interactive behavior. Second, interactive developmental play therapy was effective in improving smiling and laughing behaviors, which are interactive behaviors. Third, interactive developmental play therapy had an effect on self-regulation, which is an interactive behavior. Fourth, interactive developmental play therapy had a positive effect on mother-child interaction. This study is significant in demonstrating that interactive developmental play therapy serves as a clinical basis for interaction intervention training for children with autism spectrum and presents examples of positive effects on mother-child interaction in children with autism spectrum.
