국문 초록

오늘날 우리는 세계화의 흐름 속에서 벗어날 수 없는 시대에 살아가고 있다. 세계화라는 화두 속에는 미국을 중심으로 하는 서구의 가치와 제도를 기준으로 각 지역이나 민족의 특수성을 일반화시키려는 시각이 지배하고 있지 않은 지 따져볼 필요가 있다. 세계화가 실현되는 국면에서는 서울과 수도권의 집중화가 맞물려서 심각함 문제점을 야기하게 된다.판소리도 세계화의 추세에 놓이게 되었다. 유네스코가 판소리를 세계무형문화유산으로 지정하게 된 후에 우리는 판소리가 세계화라는 추세에 어떻게 대응해나가야 할 지를 더욱 고민하여야 할 터이다. 여기서 원형의 보존인가, 창조적 계승인가라는 논쟁적 대응은 이론을 넘어 실천적인 측면에서 해결해야 할 과제를 남기고 있다.판소리의 세계화에서 우리가 유념할 것은 판소리의 본질이 지니는 두 가지의 경향성에 대한 성찰이다. 그것은 판소리가 개별성과 개방성의 지향성을 지니고 있다는 점이다. 개별성은 판소리가 형성되어온 지역과 그 역사적 전개에서 나타나 보이는 것이고, 개방성은 판소리의 생산주체와 소비주체 사이, 판소리 미학 등에서 발현되어 왔다.보성 소리는 이러한 두 가지 지향성을 잘 보여주면서 판소리의 전승을 이어왔다. 서편제의 창시자로 알려진 박유전은 보성지역의 소리 문화 지반 위에서 서편제를 분화시켰고, 정응민은 이를 이어받아서 동편제에 속한 김세종 소리를 받아들여서 그 소리 세계를 더욱 훌륭하게 완성시켰다. 이러한 보성소리의 지향성은 판소리의 세계화에 좋은 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The facing of Pansori to the Globalization- an example of Pansori of Boseang district -Seo, Chong MoonNow we cannot escape facing to the overall issues of Globalization. They compel us to fall into Westernizing and Americanizing. In the process of Globalization, the concentration on Seoul and neighbouring area has been the widespread phenomenon, and inevitably brought about serious problems. The devastation of other provinces is one of its direct and inescapable results. We cannot deny that Pansori is exposed to the trend of Globalization. UNESCO designated Pansori as one of world immaterial culture-asset which we should preserve. we should try to search for the means for the Globalization of Pansori. In Pansori we are able to find the orientation of individuation and openness. These two tendencies had been acquired in the historical process of evolving the Pansori. The individuation of Pansori has steadily been evolved in the provinces where it had been formed, and its openness of Pansori is revealed in the patrons and internalized in its aesthetics .Special attention has been paid to Boseang district where Pansori Seapeanje had been formed. Deriving from the old styled Pansori, Pansori Seapeanje was founded by Park Yu-jean, a famous singer of Pansori. The components of folksong and shaman's music conforms to Boseang district. Cheang Eung-min inherited Pansori of Boseang district from Park Yu-jean. He also received Dongpeanje of Pansori from Kim Se-jong, a famous Pansori singer. Mingling Pansori Seapeanje and Pansori Dongpeanje, he had converted it to a wonderful tune. The individuation and the openness of Pansoriare vividly revealed in this phenomenon.
