AHP 분석을 통한 설계단계참여주체의 안전 중요도 연구

국문 초록

연구목적 : 설계단계에서 사전위험예방을 위한 재해저감에 궁극적 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 건축 설계 실무자들을 대상으로 설계단계의 위험성 평가 항목타당성도출을 위해 Delphi 1, 2차 조사를 하였다. 다음 단계로 DFS 활성화 방안 요인 도출을 위해 20명을 대상으로 AHP 중요도 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 : DFS활성화 방안 중요도 분석 평가기준을 살펴볼 때 제도개선(w =0.275) 1순위, 설계환경변화(w=0.198) 2순위, 설계도서목록(w=0.192) 3순위, 주요재해요소(w=0.181) 4순위, 연계성부족(w=0.155) 5순위로 나타나 평가기준 순위를 확인하였다. 각 평가기준의 결과를 확인하면 설계단계에서 DFS 활성화를 위해 설계도서목록에서는 설계도면, 주요재해요소에서는 화재, 설계환경변화에서는 전문인력, 연계성 부족에서는 저비용설계, 제도개선에서는 적정설계비가 1순위로 평가 되었다. 결론 : 설계전문가들은 DFS활성화를 위한 중요성으로 종합 1순위 적정설계비를 요구하였으며, 이는 종합 3순위 저비용 설계와 관계성을 갖고 있다. 현재 설계단계에서 DFS업무를 활성화 하기 위해서는 재정적 한계에 대한 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 다음 종합 2순위 설계도면이 건축시공 관계자들에게 의사를 전달할수 있는 매개체로 DFS의 사전위험요인 작성법에 대한 안전도면이 개발되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose : In the design stage, the ultimate purpose is to reduce disasters for pre-risk prevention. Method : Delphi 1st and 2nd surveys were conducted on architectural design practitioners to make sense of the risk assessment item in the design stage. As the next step, AHP importance analysis was conducted on 20 people to derive factors for DFS activation plan. Result : When looking at the evaluation criteria for the importance analysis of the DFS activation plan, the evaluation criteria were ranked 1st in institutional improvement (0.275), 2nd in design environment change (0.192), 3rd in design book list (0.181), and 5th in connection (0.155). According to the results of each evaluation criteria, design drawings, fires in major obstacles, professionals in design environment changes, low cost design, and appropriate design costs were ranked first in system improvement. Conclusions : Design experts demanded a comprehensive first-priority appropriate design cost as an importance for DFS activation, which has a relationship with the comprehensive third-priority low-cost design. In order to activate DFS work at the current design stage, improvements to financial limitations must be made. The following comprehensive second-priority design drawings shall be developed as a medium for communicating intentions to construction officials, and safety drawings for the preparation of prior risk factors of DFS shall be developed.
