건설현장의 재해요인이 안전문화에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

연구목적 : 선행연구를 통하여 밝혀진 주요재해요인을 세분하게 설정하여 재해요인이 안전문화에 미치는 영향요인을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 경기도 평택 S반도체공장 신축건축현장의 근로자 및 협력업체, 안전감시단 등 315명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고 내용을 토대로 분석을 위하여 IBM SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 관리체계안전인식을 독립변수로 한 1단계 모형결과 유의수준은(p<.000)으로 유의하였고 설명력은 27.8%로 재해요인 변화를 설명하고 있다. 2단계 모형결과 안전교육을 입력하였을 때 유의수준은(p<.000)으로 유의하였고 설명력은 39.3%로 1단위 증가함에 따라서 변화를 설명하고 있다. 3단계 모형결과 위험요소처리를 입력한 결과 유의수준은(p<.000)으로 유의하였고 설명력은 47.2%로 변화를 설명하고 있다. 4단계 모형결과 안전과 공사기간을 입력한 결과 유의수준은(p<.000)으로 유의하였고 설명력은 56.4%로 변화를 설명하고 있는 것으로 나타나 단계별 설명력이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 결론 : 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 1단계 투입 관리체계안전인식, 2단계 투입 안전교육, 3단계 투입위험요소처리, 4단계 투입 안전과 공사기간 모두 유의하였다. 이는 안전문화에 56.4% 설명력이 있음을 확인하였다. 연구의 한계로 다양한 관점에서 안전문화의 저해요인을 선정하여 폭 넓은 연구할 필요가 있음을 제언하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose : Disaster by setting up the main causes of accidents that have been identified through previous studiesThe purpose is to derive the factors that influence phosphorus on safety culture. Method : A survey was conducted on 315 workers, suppliers, and safety monitors at the new S semiconductor plant in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, and regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted using the IBM SPSS 25.0 program for analysis based on the contents. Result : The significance level of the first stage model result with the management system safety perception as an independent variable is (p<).000) was significant, and the explanatory power was 27.8%, explaining the change in the cause of the disaster. As a result of the second-stage model, the significance level when safety education was input (p<).000) was significant, and the explanatory power was 39.3%, explaining the change as the unit increased. As a result of entering risk factor treatment as a result of the third stage model result, the significance level is (p<).000) was significant, and the explanatory power was 47.2%, explaining the change. As a result of entering safety and construction period as a result of the four-stage model, the significance level is (p<).000) was significant, and 56.4% of explanatory power was found to explain the change, confirming that the explanatory power increased step by step. Conclusions : Through hierarchical regression analysis, all of the first stage input management system safety awareness, second stage input safety education, third stage input risk factor treatment, and fourth stage input safety and construction period were significant. It was confirmed that the safety culture has 56.4% explanatory power. As a limitation of research, I would like to suggest that it is necessary to select obstacles to safety culture from various perspectives and conduct extensive research.
