토픽모델링을 적용한 ‘반한류’ 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 지금까지의 반한류 연구를 통해 축적된 지식 구조 및 향후 반한류 관련 연구의 나아가야 할 방향은 무엇인지 탐색하고자 2005년부터 2023년까지 학술연구재단 RISS에 등재된 반한류 관련 학술논문 53편을 대상으로 내용분석과 키워드 빈도분석, 토픽모델링을 실시했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 국내의 반한류 관련 연구는 2005년 1편을 시작으로 소수의 연구를 유지하다 2014년 가장 많은 편수인 10편을 기록한 이후 2023년까지 한 두편의 추세를 유지하고 있다. 주요 연구 대상 국가는 중국과 일본이며 그 외의 국가도 대만, 몽골, 베트남 등의 아시아 국가에 치중되어 있다. 둘째, 반한류 관련 연구의 상위 빈도 키워드는 ‘한류, 문화, 한국, 중국, 일본, 콘텐츠, 인식, 사회’ 등이었으며 TF-IDF의 상위 키워드를 통해 ‘대만, 중국, 일본, 재특회, 넷우익, 중동, 필리핀, 젊은이’ 등과 같은 구체적인 반한류 조장 세력, 부상하는 키워드 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, LDA기반 토픽분석 결과 반한류 관련 연구를 크게 ‘일본의 반한류’, ‘문화갈등과 반한류’, ‘역사적 차원의 반한류’, ‘중국의 반한류’와 같이 총 4개의 토픽으로 구분할 수 있었으며 토픽별 논문의 비중으로는 중국의 반한류 연구가 32.1%로 가장 큰 비중을 차지했고, 일본의 반한류 연구, 문화갈등과 반한류, 역사적 차원의 반한류 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In order to explore the structure of the anti-hallyu research so far and to seek for the future direction of anti-hallyu research, this study conducted content analysis, keyword frequency analysis, and topic modeling, based on 53 academic papers from 2005 to 2023 related to anti-hallyu registered in RISS, an academic research foundation. The study found the following results. First, domestic anti-hallyu-related studies maintained a small number of studies starting with one in 2005, then recorded the highest number of 10 in 2014, and then maintained the trend of one or two until 2023. The main research target countries are China and Japan, and other countries are also focused on Asian countries such as Taiwan, Mongolia, and Vietnam. Second, the top frequency keywords of anti-hallyu-related research were 'Hallyu, culture, Korea, China, Japan, content, perception, society', and 'Taiwan, China, Japan, Jaeteukhoe, Net right, Middle east, Philippines, Youth’ are listed on TF-IDF high frequency list. Third, as a result of LDA-based topic analysis, studies related to anti-hallyu can be largely divided into 4 topics: 'Anti-hallyu in Japan', 'Cultural Conflict and Anti-hallyu', 'Anti-hallyu in Historical Level', and 'Anti-hallyu in China'. As for the proportion of research on ‘anti-hallyu in China’ accounted for the largest share at 32.1%, followed by research on ‘anti-hallyu in Japan’, ‘cultural conflict and anti-hallyu’, and ‘anti-hallyu at the historical level’.
