학사경고 대학생 통합지원체제 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학사경고 대학생이 학사경고 탈출까지 대학내 관련 부서의 역할과 단계적 지원을 위한 통합지원체제를 제시하여 학업저성취 대학생의 학사경고 및 중도탈락을 방지하기 위한 대학 차원의 통합지원 정책 마련을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 연구방법은 선행연구 고찰, 인터뷰와 사례조사. 전문가 자문을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 학사경고 대학생 관계자 면담과 사례조사를 통하여 학습부진 학생의 관리 및 지원, 학업성취 수준을 수시로 확인하는 시스템 구축, 관련 부서의 통합지원 필요성이 확인되었다. 둘째, 학사경고 프로그램 고찰을 통하여 심리적 지원과 수업·학습의 지원 내용, 개별과 집단 프로그램의 운영 형태, 검사 도구의 개발, 학사경고의 극복방안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 대학생의 학습부진과 학사경고 경험 과정을 학기 전 학기 중, 학기 후 3단계로 분류하고 대학 차원의 통합지원 체제와 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학사경고 대학생 관련 선행연구와 연구자들의 오랫동안 연구 및 운영 경험을 바탕으로 학사경고 및 중도탈락을 방지하기 위한 학사경고 탈출까지 단계별 대학 차원의 역할 및 통합지원방안을 제시하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for preparing university-level integrated support policies to prevent academic probation of university students from being warned and eliminated in the middle by presenting the role of related departments in the university. Therefore, the research method is to consider prior studies, interviews, case studies and expert consultation. The results of the study are as follows. First of all, through interviews with university students and case studies, it was confirmed that there was a need for management and support for understudied students, establishing a system to check academic achievement levels at any time, and integrated support for related departments. Second, through the review of academic warning programs, psychological support, support for classes and learning, individual and group program operations, development of inspection tools, and measures to overcome academic warnings were presented. Third, the university-level integrated support system and operation plan were presented by classifying the learning slump and academic warning experience process of university students into three stages during and after the semester. The significance of this study is as follows. Based on prior research related to bachelor's warning college students and researchers' long research and operation experience, the university-level role and integrated support measures were presented until the escape of bachelor's warning and mid-career.
