국문 초록

본고는 영화 <헤어질 결심>이 중국의 신화서인《산해경》을 재해석하고 이를 영화 속에서 수용하고 있는 양상을 고찰한다. <헤어질 결심>은 《산해경》을 현재의 입장에서 재해석하고 이를 서사, 서술방식, 이미지와 상징으로 활용하여 영화를 통해 재현하고 있다. 《산해경》에 대한 이해는 새로운 시각에서 <헤어질결심>을 다시 읽는 기초가 되며 다른 한 편으로《산해경》에 대한 <헤어질결심>의 재해석은 시대적, 문화적 타자의 입장에서 중국의 신화와 고전을 다시 읽고 현대적으로 재현하는 작업에 다양한 가능성과 의미를 보여주기도 한다. 이에 본고에서는 영화<헤어질결심>이《산해경》을 재해석하고 이를 영화적으로 활용하는 방식을 분석함으로써 문화적 타자의 입장에서 《산해경》에 대한 해석이 갖는 의의를 고찰한다.

영문 초록

This paper reinterprets the Chinese mythological book Shanhaijing and considers the aspect of the movie's acceptance. The Decision to Leave reinterprets Shanhaijing from the current position and reproduces it through movies using it as a narrative, narrative method, image, and symbol. The understanding of the Shanhaijing is the basis for rereading the Decision to Leave from a new perspective, while the reinterpretation of the Decision to Leave also shows various possibilities and meanings in the work of re-reading and modernizing Chinese myths and classics from the perspective of historical and cultural others. Accordingly, this paper examines the significance of the interpretation of Shanhaijing from the perspective of cultural others by reinterpreting and analyzing the way the movie the Decision to Leave uses it cinematically.
