국문 초록

대학 교육의 질은 대학 운영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하는 지표이자 내용이며, 교사의 교육과정 리더십은 학교 교육의 질과 교사의 전문성 향상을 촉진하는 핵심적 요소이다. 본 연구는 중국 간쑤성 10개 이공계 대학의 교실 현장에 있는 국어 교사를 연구 대상으로 하여, 설문 조사법과 데이터 분석법을 통해 중국 학자 Guo Xueyan의 ‘5 가지 힘’ 모델을 적용하여 교육과정 인식, 교육과정 설계, 교육과정 실행, 교육과정 평가 및 교육과정 성찰을 포함하는 교사의 교육과정 리더십 구성요소에 대한 중국 이공계 대학의 국어 교사 교육과정 리더십의 함의를 분석하였다. 연구 방법으로 교육과정 리더십의 구성 요소에 대한 데이터 통계 및 결과 분석을 수행하였고 중국 이공계 대학의 국어 교사 교육과정 리더십의 현황과 차이점, 영향 요인을 규명하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 중국 이공계 대학의 중국어 교사 교육과정 리더십 향상 전략으로 학교 조직 수준에서 중국어 교사에게 충분한 리더십을 부여해야 하고, 교사 개인 수준에서 교육과정 인지도를 높이고, 교육과정 실행력을 높이며, 교육과정 성찰 효과를 강화할 것을 제안하였다. 위와 같은 분석 및 전략은 대학 국어 교사의 교육과정 리더십과 전문성을 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 대학 국어 교사 교육 및 수업 개선 및 혁신을 촉진하고 관련 동료의 교육 실습에 대한 이론적 참고 자료를 제공한다.

영문 초록

The quality of teaching in colleges and universities is an important index and content of comprehensive evaluation of the level of running colleges and universities. Teachers' leadership is the core factor to promote the improvement of teaching quality and their professional quality. This study analyzes the connotation of teachers' curriculum leadership from the field of college classroom, and takes college Chinese teachers from five science and engineering universities in Gansu Province as the research object. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, SPSS23.0 is used for data statistics and result analysis, so as to clarify the current situation, differences and influencing factors of college Chinese teachers' curriculum leadership in science and engineering universities. Finally, according to the above analysis results, some feasible suggestions are put forward, such as improving curriculum leadership awareness, giving curriculum leadership, strengthening knowledge literacy learning, and reflecting on the effectiveness of curriculum leadership. It aims to strengthen teachers' curriculum awareness and establish a normal learning mechanism under the influence of lifelong learning concept.
