국문 초록

본 논문은 중국 대학원생을 대상으로 지각된 사회적 지지, 자기개념 명확성, 학습참여, 주관적 행복감의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 중국 대학원생 311명을 무작위로 추출하여 설문 조사하고 SPSS 23과 Amos 23과 같은 통계 도구를 사용하여 구조방정식 모델을 구성하고 있다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 사회적 지지는 주관적 행복감을 긍정적인 방식으로 직접적이고 유의하게 예측할 수 있다. 둘째, 자기개념 명확성과 학습참여의 독립적인 매개효과를 통해 주관적 행복감을 간접적으로 예측할 수도 있다. 셋째, 자기개념 명확성과 학습참여는 지각된 사회적 지지와 주관적 행복감의 관계에서 연쇄 매개 역할을 한다. 학습참여의 독립적 간접효과는 세 가지 구체적인 간접효과 중 가장 크다. 결국, 중국 대학원생의 주관적 행복감의 가장 기본적인 이유는 가족과 친지의 지원 뿐만 아니라 생활과 학습에서 자기 내부의 인식과 참여를 통해 주관적 행복감을 향상하게 시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

영문 초록

Targeted at postgraduates, this study empirically elucidates the structural relationship among perceived social support, self-concept clarity, learning engagement, and subjective well-being. A structural equation model was constructed by randomly sampling the survey data of 311 full-time postgraduates from colleges and universities across China, so as to clarify how to improve their subjective well-being in the construction of a high-quality education personnel training model. And statistical tools like SPSS 23 and Amos 23 were used to carry out analysis. The main findings are as follows. First, perceived social support can directly and significantly predict subjective well-being in a positive way. Second, it can also indirectly predict subjective well-being through the independent mediating effects of self-concept clarity and learning engagement. Third, self-concept clarity and learning engagement play a chain mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and subjective well-being. The independent indirect effect of learning engagement is the largest among the three specific indirect effects. According to the study, subjective well-being of postgraduates is fundamentally influenced by their families, friends or relatives, but can also be improved by their internal cognition and input in the field of life and study.
