초등학교 교육용 한자의 構形體系에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본고는 비교적 과학적인 방법으로 선정된 김성중(2016)의 초등학교 교육용 한자 675자를 漢字構形學 이론에 근거하여 構形모델, 조합층수, 構形근거 보유 상황, 直接構件과 基礎構件의 기능 분포 상황, 直接構件과 基礎構件의 변체 등을 귀납하였다. 이를 근거로 675자가 초등학교 교육용 한자로 적합한지를 판단하였다. 675자의 直接構件은 모두 457자로 50%이상이 表義構件으로 構形에 참여하고 있다. 이는 675자가 表義構件을 중심에 놓고 초등학생을 배려해 선정했음을 보여주는 것이다. 그러나 675자의 基礎構件 325자는 상당히 많은 수인데다가 基礎構件에는 變體構件이 103개, 記號構件도 60자나 된다. 또 675자 안에는 構形근거를 상실한 記號字도 129자 포함되어 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 675자의 일부 글자는 자형을 기초로 한 세밀한 기준에 의해 선정되지 않았음을 알 수 있다. 675자가 초등학생에게 적합한 한자가 되려면 조합층수가 2층 이상인 한자 중에 記號構件이 포함된 난이도 높은 한자를 675자에서 제외하면 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper analyzed 675 Chinese characters for elementary school education by Kim Sung-joong (2016), who was selected by a relatively scientific method, based on the theory of Chinese character configurational. As a result, it was possible to derive the configuration model, The number of combinations, the status of holding combination intention, the distribution of functions of direct component and basic component, and variations of direct component and basic component. Based on this, it was determined whether 675 characters were suitable for elementary education. A total of 675 direct components are 457, with more than 50% participating in the configuration as a ideographic component. This shows that 675 characters were selected based on meaning and that they were selected in consideration of elementary school students. However, 335 characters, the basic components of 675 characters, is quite a large number. The basic components has 103 variant component and 60 symbolic component. Also, 129 out of 675 characters are symbolic letters. Through the above analysis, it can be seen that some letters of 675 characters were not selected according to detailed criteria based on the character shape. In order to change 675 characters to Chinese characters suitable for elementary school students, Chinese characters containing symbolic component can be excluded from Chinese characters with two or more stories.
