휠체어 장애인의 공중 화장실 이용에 대한 고찰-1호선 지하철역을 중심으로-

국문 초록

장애인, 노인, 임산부 등의 편의증진보장에 관한 법률에따라 사회적 약자가 이용하는 공공시설물인 지하철역에여러 시설물이 설치되었다. 그 중 인간의 가장 기본적인생리현상을 해결하는 공간인 화장실이 법률에 따라 존재는 하지만 실제로는 사용하지 못하는 경우가 있다. 이러한 문제인식을 시작으로 공공화장실에서 장애인화장실을중심으로 조사를 진행하였다. 배리어프리, 유니버설디자인의 의미를 알아보고 지하철화장실에 적용, 조사하였다. 장애인 편의 증진보장에 관한 법률에서 명시되어 있는 기준을 가지고 실제 지하철역의 장애인화장실에 방문하였다. 최근에 지어진 인하대역을 기준으로 각 역을 비교 조사해 보았다. 장애인과비장애인의 행동 패턴을 통해 화장실 사용에 요구를 알아내고 화장실 이용만족도를 높이도록 한다. 인천역, 주안역, 부평역, 신도림역, 영등포역, 용산역, 서울역, 인하대역을 정하여 조사를 하였다. 조사된 8개 역11개 화장실에서 5개의 장애인 화장실만 휠체어를 타고이용이 가능했다.

영문 초록

In accordance with the Law for Promotion ensures convenience of the disabled, the elderly, pregnant women have been a number of facilities installed in public facilities of underground stations for socially disadvantaged to use. Among them, there is a space to solve the most basic human physiology, The toilet in accordance with the law, but there are cases that do not actually use. Starting with these issues, and recognizing the survey that was conducted around a disabled toilet in a public restroom. To find out the meaning of a barrier-free, universal design applied to the underground toilets were investigated. With the criteria set forth in the law on guarantees The Disabled can visit a disabled toilet in real subway station. I investigated each station based on a comparison to the Inha Univ station was built on. Through the behavioral patterns of people with disabilities and non-disabled people to find out the needs to use the bathroom and toilet to improve the user experience. The Incheon Station, Juan Station, Bupyeong station, Sindorim Station, Yeongdeungpo Station, Yongsan Station, Seoul Station, cuts the band was appointed to investigate. Only five disabled toilets in a survey of eight stations, were 11 baths in a wheelchair available.
