국문 초록

回任人员的经验与知识是母公司在国际经营中的重要竞争优势。本文基于知识转移视角，对母公司回任人员激励机制进行探讨，根据博弈论与信息经济学原理构建了一个理论模型，指出了回任人员的知识转移是与母公司员工之间重复博弈的过程，知识转移激励机制的构建就是寻求实现双方博弈行为达到（转移，转移）的均衡结果，并为有效促进母公司回任人员知识转移提供了相应建议。

영문 초록

The experiences and knowledge of the repatriates is the important competitive advantage in the parentcountry nationals(PCNs). This paper discussed the incentive mechanism of the repatriates based on the view of knowledge transfer, constructed the theoretical model according to the games and information economics, and pionted out the knowledge transfer was the process of repeated games between the repatriates and employees in the PCNs. The building of incentive mechanism was the result of looking up this games equilibrium, it was ( transfer, transfer), and the paper also provided the relative suggestions for promoting the knowledge transfer of the repatriates in the PCNs.
