국문 초록

본 연구는 출소자의 성공적인 재사회화를 위해 실시할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램가운데 음악치료 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에는 출소자의 심리적 특성 중 우울, 불안, 분노조절, 스트레스, 사회적 지지를 종속변인으로 하여, 음악치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 37명, 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통제집단 23명을 대상으로 프로그램 시작 전후 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 음악치료 프로그램은 출소자의 분노조절력을 유의미하게 증가시켰으며, 사회적 지지를 받고 있다는 느낌을 유지하는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 출소자에게긍정적 정서 경험을 제공하였다. 반면 우울과 불안에는 효과적이지 않았다. 끝으로본 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

This study was to examine the effect of the music therapy program among various programs that can be implemented for the successful re-socialization of released convicts. In this study, Depression, anxiety, anger control, and stress social support were the subordinate variables among the psychological characteristics of the released convicts. 60 participants were divided into 2 groups of participating in the music therapy program and not participating in the program. And surveys were conducted before and after the program. Findings are as followings : The music therapy program significantly increased the released convicts's control of anger and was effective in maintaining a sense of social support. It also provided a positive emotional experience. By the way, it was ineffective in depression and anxiety. Lastly, the limitations of this study and future implications were discussed.
